Give yourself reminders when you start to lose your focus 💭
I don't want to call them bad days, but we all experience unproductive/sad/overwhelming/confusing days once in a while. And sometimes they happen way more often than we'd like or expect. But let's not call them bad days anymore. Let's normalize the days when we struggle, we shouldn't feel defeated or like failures for having them.
This was my week, on my period and with the flu. Challanging. Also, lots of deadlines at work. Also, family frustrations. Those were my challanges.
It was challanging, not bad. Create a growth mindset where challanging = good, hope, confidence, power, and not fear/defeat/feeling like a failure/anxious/unfocused. Although thruthfully, challanging days require more energy from us, but maybe it all balances out in the end.
Naturally, after these couple of days, everything has calmed down (at least for a week or so) and I am regaining focus. This focus can be directed towards goals and glow up. Or it can be wasted if left uncontrolled. 🤷
You already know what you want most for the next couple of months, direct your energy in that direction. Chase the results, visualise them, believe in them. And then take each moment of every single day and take action chasing those feelings and those visions.
Does it feel challanging? Are you not used to doing certain things? Well honey, you can't become the new version of yourself by doing the same things. Yes, you are supposed to get out of that comfort zone. So prepare for yourself this new mindset and get ready to have new experiences every single day. They don't have to be radical changes, baby steps are enough.
#Challange ❣️ Make a plan with actions for each area of focus in your life. Which are the priorities? Can you schedule them? Put it in your calendar, have it on your desk next to you and follow it each day.
My plan will be posted soon.
