Hello hello! :) We are back to normal!

Daisy's House:

Fixed some minor things.

Fixed Sotomania's badge.

Cookie made a better system for location badges, and hopefully we have worked out the kinks with it.

Cookie made a new plushie system, which you all have seen tested in the christmas updates. You are given an item that allows you to summon whatever plushie you have collected instead of them just being in your inventory.

Cookie created a new mirror system for the game, you can now see yourself in both of the mirrors in Daisy's house.

NPCs no longer look at the player, they will now do random animations occasionally, Thanks to Cookie.

The Beacons should now not cause as much lag, again Thanks to Cookie.

The Description of the Key has been changed since it was causing confusion.

Replaced a model around the gravesite.

Both Krissy (the Brown Blocky Cat) and The Balloons have been altered to remove hatred in their hearts.

False Hope (and False Hope's appearances in other games.) have their bottom skin back. The original was removed for some reason.

The Johns have been moved back to the backyard where they originally were.

Eve's Inferno has been temporarily removed as a teleport in the below, due to Escape Gaem being released soon. However you can still find it via my profile.

There is now a teleport to Daisy Tycoon in the below, in a similar style to the other "classic" games.

The Grey Baby Dummy was added back into the game.

Changed a fanartists name per request. (Also applies to other games with fanart in them.)

There is one new piece of fanart in the house. Since I realized there was another fanart of Mel in the gallery. (As well as an extra photo i forgot to add.) A new batch will come out after I'm done with Escpae Gaem.

There is now a small grave for one of Daisy's dogs that passed away.

Normal Dummy has been replaced by Popup Dummy.

Future Updates:

Currently the main focus for me is Escape Gaem, Cookie is also working on some more fixes that will optimize the game further. His work so far however is amazing and I've already seen a noticeable decrease in lag.

The next event we will be preparing for is Alice's Birthday. :)

This one has been a long time coming, we know! Here at Mojang, we listen to the community, and we've decided to implement a number of community suggestions to this update. In this changelog, these are all marked with a ★!

Added cantaloupes, a new inedible crop

Added grapes, a new crop which do not restore hunger but do taste good. Yummy

Added mistletoe, a parasitic plant which will stop nearby crops from growing! It can be harvested for mistletoe berries, which inflict deadly poison

★ Added crows, which will eat your crops!

Added scarecrows, a new decorative block with no in-game utility

Added aphids, a pest which will eat your crops! Their drops can be crafted into the new ★Yellowish-Lime-Green Dye!

Added Creepfungus, a fungus which can infest your crops, causing them to explode when harvested!

2026-03-20: Changed two tab names to accomodate @toyboy-molloy's desire to experiment with various actors AU ideas that I may or may not encourage and pile on:

Rugby AU tab is now Hansry in Modern AU tab. All non-continuous (or non-regular serial) fics set in modern time will go in here. Rugby AU oneshot is here too.

The Modern AU tab is now Modern Bodyguard AU tab, just so no one confuse it for the other one.

As always, you can check Series List to see the description of each tab if you are not sure about what you are looking for. I always update them whenever I make any changes.

You are also welcome to ask me directly if you need to. I know this excel cell to cell, sheet to sheet (obviously). 😂

2026-03-14: Added a new tab for medieval AU fics

hello everyone! this is my formal explanation as to why I believe pluralswitch was at least partially generated with AI and therefore receiving a formal disclaimer on daffodil.

the first thing you will notice when you open up pluralswitch's website is that it looks vibe coded. it follows all of the current trends for web design and development and is "sleek and modern", as is most of the modern web.

however, the UI doesn't make much sense. the thing that made me initially suspicious was this random textbox above the title that seemed to serve no purpose.

"premium plural tools" does not generate any meaningful results on google, and "get started for free" makes no sense as it implies a premium tier (which, to pluralswitch's credit, has not been implemented!)

There is also no metadata description for the site, which is hard for a real dev to miss; to be fair, i believe daffodil doesn't have a description either, but it's still suspicious.

The code of Plural Switch's homepage is... messy. First of all, a grand majority of the styling is done within HTML itself, which is a big no-no in site development; it's possible, but it clogs up your code. All devs worth their salt will link a CSS stylesheet rather than doing the styling within HTML.

The box model provided is also strange, as it implies that the right margin is manually set to -186 px. This is a VERY strange way to center an element, and is again indicative of an inexperienced programmer (or prompter).

Finally, glancing into the console very quickly lets you know that the app was built on FIrebase, but is failing to access it (another flaw indicative of an inexperienced programmer).

Which:

To be entirely fair, I have never used Firebase. It is built on Visual Studio Code, which I do use (without the optional AI features), as does every dev. However, Firebase seems much more involved with AI and AI features.

All in all, be careful using PluralSwitch! I will keep it on the site for now, but the AI disclaimer will be reworded to link to this post.

(a section here about a mod and the dev referring to themselves (dev) as a "coder" has been removed upon request, as the mod's first language isn't English and wasn't aware of the distinction! that's entirely my bad :])

For now, until I figure out the CSS and unravel the code, you should use the Old Dashboard Stylus layout! Otherwise some elements will look broken. There is no plan to support the new layout.
