Taking Back Control - Update #1! #WayOfLife #WalkingToWellness #SlimPod
Taking Back Control #WayOfLife
Hey, Peeps, it’s me! Not a blog tour, not a review, no birthdays or anniversaries to celebrate, just me here to have a catch up. Some of you have been here since the beginning of my blogging journey, which started nearly ten years ago. And over that time, aside from me discussing topical issues, sharing family and cat stories, poetry and my writing journey, I have also documented when I have…
Trust the Gut
Research is now catching up with what millions of health practitioners have been saying all these thousands of years, that the gut and brain are connected, intricately, to where the bacteria that are in the gut are also in the brain. New campaign video #1! Let’s discuss, let’s debate, let’s fight the stigma!!!!
This is so, so important, not just to me but millions of other people and their loved ones who have mental health issues. This stigma needs to go away, because the effect is atrocious - for example people with depression tend to feel worthless as it is; with others using the word 'depressed' as an everyday term significantly adds to the feeling of not being 'bad enough' to get help. It's also incredibly deriding of how dreadful it actually is to live with the illness, there is already one suicide every 10 seconds, lets reduce the stigma to reduce the stats. Please support this campaign! Cai (Mentality Campaigner)
