Thoughts:

- Prison guards are in perpetual state of confusion at this point :D They’re mystified by Luffy :D

- guards are IN TROUBLE and in dire need of a backup

- !!! Navy told them Luffy and Ace are brothers! Guards now know Luffy’s here to rescue him!

- …wait, how did Sengoku knew th… oh right, Garp, nevermind

- poor Sphinx :( He doesn’t look good at that angle

- Navy HQs

- Garp is laughing at Luffy’s antics and Sengoku is having an aneurysm. Why do I feel this is their everyday dynamic

- “First Enies Lobby, then Celestial Dragons, and now this!” point is had, sadly

- “Even if we take into account the escape of Golden Lion, the pirate that could fly… that was still 20 years ago!” so someone DID break out of Impel Down before! A whole one person apparently
