The reason why people still live in Japan is that contant kaiju attacks, mech battles, and other such things that make walking down the street a gamble of life and death is because when you live in houses that risk being destroyed everyday the property value drops significantly.

So despite tgese monsters being a danger methinks certain organizations are purely reactive rather than proactive to capitalize on this, but i study monsters and heroes who blow those monsters up, not finance so dont ak me how.

Im gonna see if i can take out a loan, but the land most monster attacks happen on and then try to capitalize on insurance, in minecraft.

Granted, you won't get to leave likes or subscribe or comment, but YouTube can't restrict you on Incognito!

But whatever you do, if you want to watch videos on YouTube, but you can't convert certain videos to mp4 (most sites that claim to support up to 3-4 hours are usually lying and only do videos under an hour),

DO NOT GO ON YOUR NORMAL ACCOUNT TO WATCH ANYTHING. DO NOT LET YOUTUBE OVERTAKE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Just for a little bit of context, a strike has been going on in France and it's basically paralyzed all common transports. Now my question is, knowing no controller would ever dare to control tickets because they WOULD get punched in the face, why do people still pay for their ticket ?

university tip: always search for pdfs of your textbooks online, I have now been able to get my hands on two of my required books for free that way. also always check to see if any of your classmates is willing to share a book with you or let you borrow it for a couple of hours and then use your phone to photograph the entire thing, I’ve gotten another two textbooks that way as well
