These Inside-Out Juicy Lucy Burgers are a delightful twist on the classic cheeseburger. The gooey American cheese hidden inside the patties makes them extra juicy and flavorful. Serve them up with your favorite burger toppings for a delicious meal!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80% lean. Salt and pepper, to taste. 4 slices American cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. Ketchup and mustard, for topping. Lettuce and tomato slices, optional.
Instructions: Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Split the ground beef into 8 equal pieces and shape them into thin patties while the grill or skillet heats up. The fourth season of the patties with salt and pepper. These will be the patties on the bottom. For each of the four patties, put one slice of American cheese on top. Put the last four patties on top of the ones that are covered in cheese. Carefully seal the edges to make a stuffed burger. The burgers should be cooked on the grill or in a skillet for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are just barely brown while the burgers are cooking. Put a patty on the bottom bun of each burger, then add diced onions and pickles on top. To make it your own, add ketchup and mustard. You can also add lettuce and tomato slices if you want. Add the top bun to the burger that has been put together, and serve it hot.
