Chineses Chicken cashew stir fry You cannot just follow the recipe as you use vegetables that you have. I have looking for the past two month for oyster sauce at all supermarkets with no success. All I see are soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, mushroom sauce and all purpose sauce. So I got the all purpose sauce from Makati and the whole bottle is about a cup and this recipe need 1/2 cup of sauce. 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1.25 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into 1-inch pieces 3 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon ginger grated 1 tablespoon garlic grated 1/2 cup onion cubed 1 cup carrot sliced 2 cup cabbage cubed 1 cup bell peppers, cubed 1/2 cup chines mushroom 1 cup unsalted dry-roasted whole cashews 1/2 cup of all purpose sauce To a gallon-sized ziptop bag, add the cornstarch, salt, pepper, chicken, seal, and shake to coat chicken evenly To a large skillet, add oil, chicken, and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes over medium-high heat, flipping and stirring so all sides cook evenly. Set the chicken aside. Add more oil if needed and cook the garlic and ginger. Add the 🧅 , 🥕, 🫑 , cabbage, mushroom , and stir to combine. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and add chicken ; stir intermittently. Add the sauce and stir to combine. Allow sauce to simmer over medium-low heat for 1 to 2 minutes Add the cashews to the skillet and stir to combine.
