you gave him some food. When you gave him medicine with a spoon, he didn't wanna, so you make a plan. You show him some meat, his mouth will trop, and you shove the spoon medicine in his mouth.
Even though he hates taking medicine and is not allowed to go outside. But you can tell him some story and show him a fun way to use weapons.
but he can't use them cause he a child.
Ace.
Oh boy, he gonna be a hard one. You can check him a lot because he is going to sneak out. But with your ability to summons your monster nightmare, you can track him down and bring him back.
When it comes to medicine. He always doggie, "Ace, would you stay still!?", "No!! I don't wanna!! It will taste gross!!!"
"It not! Okay, about this, if you take your medicine, I'll give you some meat and ramen if you just take your medicine,okay. Cause I heard that pirate always takes their medicine to become stronger. If you don't take your medicine, younot gonna lot stronger"
So he took his medicine. And gave him some meat and ramen.
Luffy.
He'll be a lot of trouble to take care of him. You always tell him he should take care of himself. You just pick him up cause he made up with rubber. You put a wet towel on his head to cool down.
"(Y/N) my head hurts," he said, put his hand on his head, and sneezed. "That way, you should take care of yourself and take your medicine. If you don't, how you gonna be king of the pirate even though you sick"
"Look, if you want to become a king of the pirate, take your medicine. If you don't, I'll not show you how to fight with your gum gum power"
So he did. You gave him a price, a lot of meat and you showed him a book how to fight.

Oh boy, all the boys will worry about you. Luffy, try to make you smile by making funny faces. Ace will bring you some food to eat. Sabo will give you medicine, they eat with you even though dadan not to cause they gonna be sick too.
They will bring flowers, but it will make you sick, some jewelry. Some story they had give you snacks, clean up their mess.
INJURED
Sabo.
Well, let's say he got a scratch on his arm from an angry cat. You got the bandage. You carefully wrappings his arm. He started crying.
"And that will do it! All done!" You said.
Sabo hugged you. You asked him to be careful himself.
Ace.
He hurt his head from fell and hit a rock. And his head starts to bleed. You wrapped his head with a bandage, but Ace says he was okay, but he not.
"I said I was fine! OW!" He yelled. "Uh huh, you should be more careful"
"Bu-" "I know I know cause you wanna be a pirate, but pirate have to look after themselves"
After you finish, Ace has laid in bed.
Luffy.
He bleed his leg from fall cause he was climbing a tree.
You hold him gently and put him in bed he still crying, biting his lips. You found the bandage.
You warped his legs. "Luffy, I know that you want to brave and be king of the pirate, but you should be careful"
"But I am!", "I know that, when I was your age I didn't look after myself, my mother always told me that I should be careful cause who never what happened"
And as you finished looked luffy hat, his hat has been rip little. So you grab your sew stuff and start sewing his hat.
