I did look up Europe winter scenery for reference and also inspired thé idea of Yuri’s hometown Nielsberg in his last chapter could be also resemblance ( although I can’t not made the bg accurate enough lol )

I like the idea since Yuri could not invite Yor to go back to his hometown then perhaps in circumstances he has to show his subordinates, Chloe and in the moment he was proud to babbling the scenery ( which is still cold and empty ) she does smile to compliment and teasing him back. As in moment he does felt something never happened to him before 😉

Chloe/Yuri or as I often dub them "Chlori" or also know as "YuriKuro"

Do I ship them?

Yes. Yes I doooo!! Very much 🥰🥰🥰

Before YuriKuro, I ship Yuri and Fiona. But now I lean more towards YuriKuro.

What made you ship them?

The slap. 🤣🤣 like... it's just Endo's formula to start a ship, I'm telling you 🤣🤣

What are your favorite thing about the ship?

Chloe literally shake Yuri and slaps him, to open his eyes regarding the most unshakeable fact: everyone dies.

That is a very strong life principle, and only then Yuri finally realized how destructive his way of doing his job. And that if he dies, Yor will be sad.

I think the chapter where Chloe was fleshed out for the first time really made us go 😲😲😲 because she IS the character that is needed to make Yuri grow.

And when characters can grow by being with in relationship with the other, that's when I will automatically ship them 🥰

Unpopular opinion about the ship?

Their age differences.

Yuri entered collage when he was 14 y.o.

Meanwhile Chloe, being the mediocre student that she is, must've entered the collage when she was around 18 y.o.

And yet, up until recent manga timeline, both of them still act like children. So gullible and naive.

I hope one day both Yuri and Chloe would be free from SSS and can have broader view of the world.

And that's of course just my own opinion 🥰
