No no, keep going, you're right and John wants you to eat more, so I'm sure he's rather, eh, happy
I have anaemia anyway so I should eat as much dark chocolate as possible to increase my iron intake, probably best to combine it with a juicy orange because Vitamin C increases iron absorption. That should make him happy after all he is a doctor and concerned for my health.
