Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1 cup almond milk. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Fresh berries and shredded coconut for garnish.
Instructions: Put chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Put in the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and almond milk. Mix well. Put the bowl in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours, or overnight for the best results. After 30 minutes, stir the mixture to keep it from getting lumpy.
