Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, grated. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 1 jalapeo pepper, diced optional for extra heat. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish.
