glamorous and classy summer wedding! instead of one person waiting at the end of the aisle, you decided to enter from opposite sides and then walk up together, hand in hand, and she doesn't let you go until the ceremony is over. you invite everyone you know and throw a huge party for your reception!

he debates for a long time whether he should even propose. i mean, do you really need a piece of paper to love each other for the rest of your lives? but he knows you'd appreciate the symbolism. and if he figures if he's gonna do it he might as well come up with a plan, but the day comes and nothing is working out as he had imagined

you end up loving every bit anyway though. then he gets down on one knee after one too many mishaps and says, "(y/n), I'm sorry today wasn't perfect, but I think you are. marry me?" but you thought it was perfect the whole time anyway, "of course!"

so he decides to make a gourmet meal for you himself at home! you walk into your apartment to the smell of delicious food and find him sitting at the table waiting for you, that adorable smile on his face. he kneels and asks you to marry him, and you enjoy your meal as a newly engaged couple

big wedding!! Ino does florals of course and they're perfect. Choji is such a sweetheart i feel like he wants everyone to be there. he does not hold back when he sees you, you're just so perfect and he's not afraid to show it so he's beaming and let's those tears flow with pride

we're talking this man tried to spell it out in the sky but due to some logistic issues he had to "settle" for a perfectly planned proposal in front of all your friends along with a pre-schedule professional photographer. he thought of everything.

Hey Anon! These had started off as a short and simple list in my notebook. Then suddenly, I started typing and they changed. (I blame Choji and his sweet self.) Anyway... I really hope that it’s okay! And I really hope you like it. ~ Admin Little Lace 🎀

Choji

Choji and his S/O are that sweet couple that romance novels are made of. They are often seen holding hands in the village, talking while they walk. Choji often looking down at her like she is the center of his whole world. When looking at her he gets a starry eyed look complete with a dopey grin. It was the same look he had on his face when they first met, calling her what would become his preferred endearment for her.

“Beautiful,” the word had just slipped out. He was to meet his partner for his mission at the rendezvous point before going for their target. She was a kunoichi from another village, it wasn’t an uncommon arrangement. But when she arrived and they looked eyes the word was all that came to mind.At first it was just a thought but when he saw her eyes widen he realized his error. While the larger man tried to come up with something to say, anything that would cover his blunder the girl crossed her arms. Choji held his breath waiting for a scolding for his misstep. Instead she simply leaned to one hip with a smile.“You aren’t so bad yourself, Big Guy,”

‘Big Guy’ had always been what she called him. From their introduction onward she gave him the same pleased smile calling him by the nickname.

It starts innocently at first, she calling out to him in the village or teasing him while they trained. But the more intimate they became the term made him blush. His lover has the tendency to use big guy to seduce him as well. Choji was sure she hadn’t meant to use it in such a private way, but now he can’t help thinking about her in various states of undress when she says it.

What he doesn’t know is she knows exactly what she is doing. She had become accustomed to calling out in such a why and hadn’t thought twice about it when getting him to come to bed. But soon after, whenever she called him that in public he blushed six shades of red. Simply adoring the reactions she continued to ‘slip up’ to see him that way.

The both of them use the old standbys of “Baby”, “Honey”, and “Babe” but more often then not they will use the more personal ones. Until they are married.

The Akimichi man never thought he would share his name with anyone. So to have his wife stand by his side and share his life is beyond special. As such he calls her “Wife”. At first she thought he was being silly and responded with ‘Husband’.

Choji isn’t the most forthcoming with his feelings at times. He still holds some of his childhood shyness, especially when interacting with his wife. So he didn’t tell her how much the name means to him. But she notices, she always does. She sees how much he gives secret smiles whenever she responds to him. So now, without prompting, she’ll call out “Husband,” just to see his bright smile appears before he answers.

Kiba

If someone were to see them in public they wouldn’t be sure if the two were dating, childhood rivals or at least one of the was trapped in this relationship. It isn’t that they are abusive to one another. It’s just the nicknames they have for each other are a bit…unconventional.

Kiba often refers to his girl as his ‘Old Lady’ when speaking when speaking to his friends. It’s meant to be sweet but his S/O doesn’t see it that way. She gives him the stink eye or telling him not to call her old. Sometimes he’ll do it anyway just to get under her skin. His he succeeds he gets the pleasure of dodging whatever she throws at him.

Her “terms of endearment” for him are no better. They fluctuate between childish insults like “Butt-head” to more loving forms of sarcasm like “Honey bunny“ or ”sweet pea.” Whenever she does he smirks at her cheekily saying that he loves her too.

With all joking aside, they do sincerely love one another. When the aren’t seemingly at each other’s throats, Kiba calls her His Girl. it happens so much it becomes more of a title.

“Oh this is (Name), Kiba’s girl.”

‘Kiba’s girl’ does have a more loving name to call him. She just won’t use it because of the smug look on his face when she does. but there are times were she uses it without thinking.

“Morning Handsome,” she yawn cracking her eyes open. Her voice still graveled with sleep. With a long stretch she curled back into his side. The shinobi gave a wolfish grin, pulling her close.“What was that?” the girl could physically hear the smirk on his face.“Nothing,” the cover hadn’t worked, it never did.“You sure?” Kiba growled playfully in her ear. “ I could have sworn you said I was handsome.”“Maybe your ego is so big you’re hearing things.” her cool facade soon melted when he tickled her into calling him his favorite name once more.

She’s never one to stroke his ego. Hence why most of her ‘endearments’ are insults. His lover honestly thinks the world of him, but if he knew that there would be no living with him. His head is big enough already without adding to it.

The do have the capacity to be more loving in private. But even those names stemmed from fooling around. Kiba had a tendency to turn most of their jokes into into endearments. Because to him, that is what their relationship is built on, teasing and loving insults.

But one particular jest had sprung a new aspect to their relationship. The Inuzuka can be a little bossy, especially during intimate encounters. One day, poking fun at him, his S/O had said. “Yes Sir”. She had expected him to roll his eyes, she received a different sort of reaction. Her boyfriend prove to enjoy it a little too much. The silly little remark brings out a whole new side to her lover, prompting her to use Sir more often. His “Princess” enjoying the more feral side she can bring out of him.

Bonus: Akamaru

Although Kiba and his S/O seem to be constantly picking on each other, when she is with Akamaru she is very sweet. Always doting on the massive canine. Before Kiba had seriously thought of pursuing the girl, the Ninken always came up to the girl to get her attention.

“It is My Prince to come and save me?” she called as he bounded up to meet her. Finding himself in an embrace as he cooed and barked at the girl. Smiling she placed a kiss on the top of his muzzle. Akamaru really playing it up for the girl.

From the moment they met, she had always called him her prince. Then proceed to make fun of his partner. Never being one let something go, Akamaru would rub Kiba’s nose in.

“Didja hear? she called me a Prince.”

And though she can’t hear him, the Ninken starts to refer to her as Princess. The trend rubs off on Kiba. So when they officially become a couple, Kiba takes to calling her Princess while Akamaru begins to refer to her as “Kiba’s Mate”.

♡ restaurant romance w/ Choji ♡

he had to admit he didn’t just come for the barbecue pork (though it was delicious). the real reason he frequented the restaurant so often was you

getting the chance to see the bright smile that graced your face as you greeted him and brought him to his usual booth was enough to make his stomach do somersaults

you didn’t even need to ask for his order, the sweet boy always got the same thing. so instead you always asked about his day, genuinely curious to know what the friendly shinobi had been up to

he’d tell you eagerly about all the things he’d done since the last time he saw you and you’d sit and listen with an interested smile and laugh heartily until your manager yelled at you to get back to work

he always felt bad about getting you in trouble, but he couldn’t help it, he loved talking to you

you’d come back a few minutes later and his mouth would water, though he wasn’t sure if it was because of the food you carried or just your beauty

after months of going back almost daily, he finally works up the nerve to ask you to spend time together when you’re not at work

he enters the restaurant hesitantly, mind racing with what he’s about to say and walks up to where you’re standing clearing tables. he wipes his palms on his pants and exhales deeply before he asks,

“hi (y/n), so... we’ve been getting to know each other a lot lately and I really love spending time with you... do you want to maybe go on a date with me?” he looks away nervously, already regretting his words. why would you want to date him?

but before he can chastise himself any further you’re responding with a wide grin, “I thought you’d never ask!” and relief floods through him. “I get off at 7 tomorrow, pick me up then?” then you plant a quick peck on his plump cheek and pick up the dishes from the table, leaving him there blushing

the next night he meets you outside the restaurant with a single rose that Ino picked out, and his heart almost beats out of his chest when he sees you out of your uniform for the first time

you two walk through the village hand-in-hand and he’s wearing an adorable blush the whole time because he can’t believe this is actually happening

following that night together he’s even more head over heels than he was to begin with and he starts meeting you after every one of your shifts

after a few more dates you guys make it official, and even though you eventually stop working at the restaurant you guys go back every year for your anniversary

your curiosity is what drew him in. rather than cringing away from his beetles like most people you always seemed delighted and interested when he used them

the first time you asked for him to take you bug-hunting his heart almost drops out of his chest. his favourite person? wants to do his favourite thing?? 🥺 yes please!!!

he’s so excited he basically drags you out into the woods, babbling excitedly about how he knows exactly where you guys need to look

and my goodness, isn’t he precious? the enthusiastic lilt in his deep voice when he finally get the chance to be listened to makes you want to melt

you two will spend hours together exploring and finding neat lil critters, and you’ll sit with your head in your hands gazing up at him as he tells you all the details of their life cycles and adaptations

every once and a while you’ll spot a particularly vibrant beetle, or some alien-looking species you’ve never seen before and call out to him, “Shino, look at this one! It’s beautiful.”

“not as beautiful as you, (y/n)” he says shyly, and you can’t help but lean up and kiss him on his cute nose, causing a bright pink to paint his cheeks

poor flustered boy, he’ll start frantically explaining everything he knows about the pretty beetle after that

maybe you keep cutting off his lecture with kisses because you just can’t get enough of the adorable expression he makes when you pull away, who knows?

and for the first time in his life he doesn’t resent being interrupted

when you start to get tired he’ll lay you down to take a break in the lush grass, cuddled up next to each other as he uses his bugs to put on a sort of shadow puppet show above you

you’ll giggle at all the silly scenes he puts on and he’ll relish the sound of it, wondering how he got so lucky to find someone who fits him so perfectly

eventually the sky starts to turn an orangish-pink and he can see your eyes fluttering closed as you lay on his chest

so he walks you home and leaves you with a soft kiss (and also one of his beetles to watch over you while he’s gone)
