"Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" is a song by American rock group Spin Doctors. It was released in September 1992 as the lead single from their 1991 debut album Pocket Full of Kryptonite and reached #17 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and #2 on the Album Rock Tracks chart.
Lead Singer Chris Barron commented that despite popular belief that the song was about an ex-girlfriend, it was actually written about his former stepmother. He said she once told him he'd be a janitor and live in the basement of a school playing guitar for the rats.

Chris Barron (born February 5, 1968) is an #singer and #songwriter, best known as the #lead #singer of #rock #band Spin Doctors. He attended Bennington College in Vermontfor one year. There, he was a member of two local bands: Dead Alcoholics With Boners and the Funbunnies. After leaving Bennington, Barron returned to Princeton, got a job at a restaurant, and immersed himself in music. During this time, he wrote "Jimmy Olsen's Blues" and "Two Princes". One night, John Popper's band Blues Travelerwas in town. After hanging out for a night and hearing Barron's songs, Popper invited Barron to move in with them in New York City, and so Barron, at the age of 20 moved to New York City in 1988, with $100 and an acoustic guitar. He joined the band Trucking Company with Canadian guitarist Eric Schenkman and John Popper. Popper left this side project to focus on his main gig with Blues Traveler full-time. With a name change to Spin Doctors, as well as the addition of Aaron Comess and Mark White, the classic lineup was in place by the spring of 1989.
