i ask the Lord for silly things and a lot of the times He answers so i think we should all start praying for little things yes
also one time He got me a nice cosy corner seat on the train when it was crowded so yes i have witnessed miracles
thank you God and thank you everyone who pays visits and activity to my blog <3
Shoutout to trans Christians on this Easter Sunday and Transgender day of visibility. You are loved and cherished by God, who sees your true self and calls you by your true name.
I also want to send comfort to every trans person, religious or not, who has been hurt by religious transphobia. Hatred is not Godly, and you deserve so much better.
Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them.
Matthew 7:15-16
"Yes, my brothers, a Christian with a false piety, with a merely outward and artificial virtue, will—no matter how hard he tries to disguise himself—sooner or later reveal the true movements of his heart, whether in his words or in his deeds. No, my brothers, nothing is more widespread than these ‘apparent’ virtues, this hypocrisy. [...] At the Last Judgment, we will see that the majority of Christians had only a religion of convenience, that is, a religion of personal preference, and that very few, in what they did, truly sought God alone.
I say that an action must fulfill three conditions in order to be pleasing to God: first, it must be interior and complete; second, it must be humble and not self-serving; third, it must be persevering and enduring. If in all you do, you find these three conditions, then you may be certain: you are working for Heaven."
— St. Jean-Baptiste Marie Vianney (1786–1859), Priest, Curé of Ars
being a trans Christian is so funny cause like half the time I am terrified I'm gonna microaggression my friends with spiritual trauma and the other half I am going like "y'know Jesus was, at least metaphorically, transfeminine" and "I should have a YT channel where I review and rank blasphemies"
which old testament prophet do you relate to the most?
Samuel (felt God's calling since early childhood)
Elijah (burnout/ depression)
Isaiah (the unclean lips scene; justice and redemption)
Jeremiah (lamentations; new mercies etc)
Ezekiel (the horrors!!!)
Daniel (end times trauma ?)
Hosea (suffered betrayal)
Jonah (sometimes I don't wanna do what God tells me either)
Haggai (#priorities, people!!)
Nehemiah (the feeling of working in vain)
Micah (speaking out against corruption, oppression etc)
Habakkuk (taking your concerns straight to God)
(Disclaimer: The parentheses are my own interpretations but ofc you can relate to them for different reasons; I am excluding people such as Moses as, being that early in the Bible, they fit more into the category of patriarch, which i can make a poll about that too why not)
your daily reminder that God loves you so much that He sent His only Son to die on the cross for you (John 3:16), and that the best decision you can ever make is to follow Christ (Acts 16:30-31/John 5:24)
