He is based on the 60's instead of the 90's
He has multiple personalities each based on different time periods and different genres of music
He's a father figure to error and geno, although geno doesn't like him much cause he's a wanted criminal

The design for the eye was inspired by those things he fought while asleep
He can't ever take anything seriously for the life of him
He sometimes sleeps, though he prefers not to

Reason why one of his eyes isn't there is because half of his face was blown off before he became an error
