Sweating for the Wedding
The holiday’s are difficult.
Over the holiday season I fluctuated in weight within a few pounds, and was not always able to fit in my workout due to my work schedule, holiday plans, and health issues. I tried to eat as healthy as I could over the holidays, but I also did not want to miss out on all of the food and have to bring my own like my friend did for her holiday. Thankfully the damage was not too bad, but I did go up.
As of today, after getting back into the Beachbody program, I am close to my weight from my last post. I was 166.8 lbs this morning. Still more but only .6 lbs, which I cannot complain about.
Cize is amazing!
I am absolutely loving doing Cize. The dance routines are so much fun! I am currently doing “You Got This” and I love it! It is so much fun, and such a great workout. I feel like I am getting so much out of it, and I look forward to it every day!
My new challenge is getting up earlier to do my workout.
As much as I love Cize, it can run longer than the 21 Day Fix workout, and it makes me much sweatier which means more prep in the morning. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have it down, and not have to do my workout after work instead of before.
Cannot wait to see where this new program takes me in my journey to a healthy life!
