Workout: Week 42- Workout Wednesday: 3rd week of new 12-week program- 3 sets of each: Goblet Squat (8 reps @ 55 lbs), Parallel Pull-up (4 reps), Close Grip Push-up (4 reps), Power Sled (1 lap). It was brutal (the videos are from my second reps). Need to focus on my core throughout to keep my stamina up (and gain my height especially during the pull-ups).
