Great now I'm examining whether or not anyone knows. I am so scared that someone does. Omg I'm trying to not make assumptions but it is hard. I wasn't watching out for my surroundings

Bonus Day
I know lots of people have another sporting event to focus on today, but I was with my track team at the final qualifier meet before States.
It was a long day, but a good one. Both 4x200m relay teams PRed, and the boys team is qualified for States; the girls are on the bubble, and so are our two individuals- in the boys’ 55h and 55m/300m, respectively- so we’ll have to see if there are any scratches. The girls 4x400m team didn’t make it, but I’m still really proud of them for how hard they raced.
I had a funny conversation with Coach B, the head coach of one of the other teams in our conference, towards the end of the meet. He discovered that I’m 36, which made him feel wicked old, and then I went and poured salt on the wound. I’d seen him talking to Coach E earlier in the meet, and I know the two of them are roughly the same age, so I said, “You know Coach E was my middle school coach, right?” Turns out, Coach E had told him that that, too, but Coach B hadn’t believed him, so he totally had a moment when I confirmed it was true.
Seriously, though: I owe my track career to Coach E. He’s having a rough year, which sucks, because he deserves all good things.
After the meet, we took our athletes for pizza, which was a fun way to end this part of the season. One more week...
so he’s scratched the first three games, does an (incredibly informative) interview yesterday where he is seemingly fine, and now he’s so sick he can’t be around the others in case of contamination? with, of course, vague quotes from tom and coach b via prewitt
y is Latts not being allowed to play this series
Coach B’s eyebrow-arch game is so strong
is it bad that i ship my history/psychology teacher with his ziploc bag of chili he brings to lunch everyday?
Why am I so scared?
Today at 5pm:
Weighted Dip: 3-3-3-1-1

C & J: 3-3-3-1-1
95-115-135-165[PR]-175F
Should have followed Coach B's advice and just stopped after the PR. I don't understand why, but I have some trepidation going into the C & J. I'm not sure if it's related to the blackouts I was having a couple of lifting sessions ago? I don't know for sure, but I do know I just need to drill those lifts so that I'm not afraid of them in any way. I'm good at bailing [had plenty of practice], so there's no reason for me to be afraid. I just need to go for it.
