Motivation Monday or should I say non-motivation. Do you think of your glass half full or half empty? This time of the year it’s easy to overload yourself to catch up on the rest of the things you’ve missed or procrastinated on. I know with the holidays everybody gets stressed out thinking of everybody else, could be sick or grumpy I think that people think that I work out like nonstop millions of hours a day and that’s not my reality I have to push myself to. In fact I procrastinate, just as much if not more than most of everybody else. So let me explain to you how today went had a little bit of what’s left over of my go juice to get motivated. Than productivity procrastinated laundry & dishes. The my timer went off found some more things or procrastinate on in the house and got my workout started 🙄 I heard text 🥰 Procrastinated some more by scrolling Facebook then finally finish the last 7 minutes of mind you this work out was probably only 25 minutes long! 🤦🏻♀️ When I was done instead of grabbing my healthy shake which I’ll make shortly helps get some needed vegetables. I got 2 😳 peanut butter blossom cookies yummy So working out over the holidays people put off. It isn’t always to maintain weight because to help with stress levels and try to say sort of on track. For me, if I get too far on track off track it’s really hard to get back into the swing of things. You wanna feel good in your clothes, feel confident and be healthier! Think about that those reasons to motivate you and have an a little bit a you time. There’s nothing wrong with taking a bit of time each day to center yourself you deserve it!
