COACHING FOR YOUR LIFE Living life with Rona aka Corona Virus has been tough! Here's the reality though... It's all about PERSPECTIVE! In a recent IGTV episode of @theholliscompany @mrdavehollis and @msrachelhollis talked about life in quarantine. We know that this experience has been one for the ages and we have to take it one day at a time. What's most relevant is that we have total control on how we feel about the situation and how we choose to feel day to day! We all have to look for ways to process our feelings. Look for something that brings you comfort. Some ideas are to move your body, excerise, go for a walk, have a dance party. Do your thing! Find what brings you joy. Look for ways to continue to keep your life going while staying grounded. Talk with family and friends about your feelings and how you're feeling.
