Hey! I dunno if you still take requests but i recently stumbled across your cod petre/agere master list and totally love your hcs. I was wondering if you could by any chance do a HCs of maybe Graves/Ghost/Price/Soap with masc/neutral!reader that pet regresses to a puppy and like do fluffy and/or angst hcs? Like of them finding their gear on base or such(platonic probably)

Okay I don't usually do reader ever, but I'll do this because I am intrigued

One HC per person because that's A Lot Of People To Write At Once™. Fluff because I fear going way way too angsty with it (one of the reasons i don't do reader stuff)

Graves:

• Reacts confused at first, but keeps it very quiet while he asks you about it. He doesn't get it at first, but then he's happy to have a little puppy friend around when he's small too 👍

Ghost:

• He's confrontational about it, he recognizes the toys and asks if you have a secret dog somewhere. He genuinely thinks there's a dog. And is a little disappointed that he doesn't get to pet a dog once you tell him what's actually happening, but, he understands needing the release from work and all the stress.

Soap:

• Ghost told him about a suspected dog. Was also disappointed about the lack of dog. But he gets the concept fastest and is happy to be there when you're regressed... And after a few weeks, in addition to just dropping regularly, he starts pet regressing with you because he realized he wants to be a little puppy too :( it feels safe!

Gaz:

• he takes a longer time to understand fully, because he's actually going and looking at what everything means once you tell him. He's reluctant at first, but really? He likes that someone's happy to see him. He prefers low energy days where he can just sit on the couch with your head in his lap

Price:

• As a caregiver for the boys already, he warms up to the idea quickly. And although it's a little confusing to understand regressing to a puppy, it's not too different from how playful Johnny gets when he's small. He's happy to help, he keeps it all quiet and stays inside the team so no one else lets the secret slip

Petre Graves HCs!!

•Big BIG attachment issues. Hidden, but not very well. He really wishes he could latch onto someone but he can't. it fulfills his puppy brain to follow someone around and protect them, if no one suspects anything

•Bites and chews on a lot of things. His pen caps aren't safe when he doesn't realize he's regressing.

•Gets some kind of dysphoria about not having a tail or ears when he pet regresses! He wants to 'look right'. Something feels like it's missing :(

•He wants to be LOUD. He likes to be loud. Barking, whining, shaking toys... He loves to play like that.

•He can be kind of territorial. If he's just made his 'nest' on his bed, he will not let anyone get close. Because it's perfect and his day will be ruined if it gets fucked up

•A few shadows know something is off with their commander by the way he chooses to follow them around most consistently. They're the group he feels safe with (he won't say it)

•Reacts like a kicked dog when something bad happens :(( usually minor inconveniences

•Whiney!! He wants attention that he can't have!

•Honestly? So much guilt. He doesn't want to do things that are 'wrong' or 'bad'. He thinks he is bad because of how he regresses </3

•He tries to be secretive. He doesn't know what Shepherd would do with the information that he can be so easily manipulated by the attention and affection. He doesn't want to know what he'd do for it.

Sometimes all he needed was to listen. Hard days followed Ghost no matter what had happened. It could have been a perfect mission, Johnny, Gaz and Price at his side and never missing a beat, but something could just feel wrong. Whether it was the blow of the wind, or the way his gloves rubbed into his palms, it managed to get under his skin with ease.

The tic of his hands every time he settled his weapon only served to irritate him more. Frustrated grunts coming from him over the most minor things. Ghost couldn't even be bothered to reply to some of Johnny's typically playful comments. Everything sounded like sandpaper to his ears.

It was only inevitable that he'd be called to talk to Price once they got back to base. A simple two week mission that felt like months to Ghost. Only growing more irritated day by day.

Upon seeing Gaz, Soap, and Price there, it felt he may have been more snappy than he had assumed. If he had a tail, it would have tucked between his legs.

"Simon." Price spoke sternly. The privilege of being The Ghost would only exist if it was purely a work problem. No, this was personal. His irritation was personal, and his misdirected anger was a mistake.

The other two simply sat on the chairs in front of Price's desk, eyes watching as Ghost stepped forward between them.

"I didn't mean to." Ghost was quick to say-No, Simon was quick to say. His gear was off, simple fabric balaclava in place of the plastic skull one.

"You need to rest though, aye?" Kyle asked, leaned back in the chair. His hand reached to rest on Simon's upper back.

Wordlessly, Simon nodded. Another hand slowly lowered him to his knees, and another pulled off the mask. A warm hand brushed through his hair. Simon didn't fight, he relaxed. He was in someone else's hands, someone he trusted. His mind felt fuzzy as he just listened and moved as he was made to.

His head was quick to lay against someone's thigh, Johnny's most likely. The hand brushed through the short but knotted hair, cleaning him up just a bit. Simon blinked slowly, letting himself breathe.

A candle was lit on Price's desk, a scent carefully chosen by Simon a while ago. A scent like fresh laundry, and not laundry using the SAS' provided things. Like laundry at home, warm and cozy.

It wasn't hard to ease Simon into regressing. He practically melted against Johnny's legs, an arm wrapped around one of his calves and his face buried in his thigh.

"That's a good boy..." Johnny cooed to him, while it seemed like Price and Kyle began talking about something else. Simon didn't catch on, all he understood was what Johnny was telling him.

"Ye just needed to relax, aye?"

Without all of the things that had made him feel icky in the field, relaxing really did make a world of difference. Simon slowly nodded.

His arms tightened a little around Johnny's leg when he shifted into a more comfortable position, pulling in deep breaths.

"Let's go rest in my room." Soap said, speaking to him almost like he was a little puppy. If he had a tail, it would wag.

Simon just nodded again, a small whine slipping from his lips. Just listen, let them take away all of the big things. No more choices, just a puppy. A little dog that knew how to listen and relax. They'd never use that against him.

Steady touch was used to help lift Simon to his feet, Johnny standing up with him and gently guiding him back to his room. Simon stumbled a few times, his head too fuzzy to do much more than looking around and huffing in complaint about having to move to get to ahere he wanted to be. Unfair to him, really.

The second they were there though, Simon hopped up on Soap's bed and nuzzled against the blankets. It smelled just like him, comforting and warm. He happily sunk into the firm mattress.

Johnny softly chuckled and simply pet his head after closing the door.

"yeah.. ye needed some puppy time." Soap smiled down at him when Simon huffed in return.

The discord saw this first <3 /silly

Simon snapped at someone. Someone who stood too close and tried to grab at the scruff of his neck. A bite was firmly landed to their hand. Terror coursed through him, he was without his carers and completely scared about this person that tried to grab him. His eyes wouldn't focus.

All he could do was go off scent. Mama had to be close- he wouldn't leave such a small pup so far away.

They were in the sparring ring. But Simon didn't know that when he panicked. He could only get the slightest scent of his team. The fight forgotten, and everything in his mind screaming to get away, he ran.

The metallic taste of blood lingered in his mouth. Had he bit that hard?

The scent trail he followed lead him many places, before finally back to Price's office. A bit away from their quarters. His door slammed open. If anyone was there, it wasn't his problem. All he could see was mama at his desk.

Every part of him was fuzzy. His body sore and head pounding. Painful, something hurt but he couldn't place it exactly. Maybe it was his teeth, maybe his neck--he needed mama to fix it.

Worried eyes immediately glanced his way, Price's brow furrowing.

"Si-? Simon?" Mama called, pulling out his chair.

Before he could ask anymore questions, he had Simon kneeling infront of him and his head in his lap. Blood seeped into his mask on his lips, making him taste the pain--he needed it off. His fingers uselessly clawed at it.

"Oh, oh- pup.. Love, you're okay." John muttered, pulling the nasty mask off. Simon immediately felt a bit relieved. Small whines slipped from his lips.

"Shh, shh... Mama's here." He whispered to him, stroking the slightly sweaty hair on Simon's head. His hands lightly rubbing the soft fur on his ears.

Simon whimpered quietly, head resting on his thighs. Comfortable and safe--finally safe.

"What hurts, pup?" Price sweetly asked, letting his voice rest as Simon's shoulders eased their tension ever so slightly.

Words weren't quite possible, whines slipping out louder as he grabbed at Price's hand to guide it where the person had tried to grab at his scruff.

"Love... You're okay now," Price held back the protective urge to find who did it, "Mama's here..."

Simon whined something to the same syllables as 'mama'. He pressed his face into the rough fabric of Price's pants. The texture forced Simon to think. He had to *breathe*. The texture soothed him just enough. It smelled of Mama's scent, comforting and warm.

"That's it, Si." Price praised softly. Lovingly.

Simon slowly took his breaths, letting his eyes close as mama's scent surrounded him. Safe, warm, cared for--mama had him. He'd be okay here.
