I actually finished this one couple months ago, just kept forgetting to post it on Tumblr.

For vegetarians, just remove all the meat from the ingredient list, and substitute the water with same amount of vegetable stock for that extra flavor when braising

Ephi's Famous Candied Almonds Recipe!

Seriously, I'm way too lazy to bake (especially to clean up the mess after baking!), so my typical thing to bring to parties and bout snack tables are candied almonds (I usually cover them in baking glitter for extra gay glamour). For some reason, people are always super impressed by the fact that they are homemade - but they're SO EASY to make! Since I've been asked so much about the "recipe" (I barely dare call it that), I thought I'd make a little how-to comic. Enjoy!

Goulash Llegó el invierno, volvió ‪#‎gameoftrones‬ y este es mi resumen... NO PASÓ NADA lo cual es bastante coherente con lo que viene pasando desde la primer temporada. Por otro lado el frío de levantarse toda la semana congelado me obliga a compartir otra ‪#‎receta‬ para combatirlo. Hoy comemos ‪#‎GoulashCremoso‬ a la Dogo. Disfruten y coman.

Pasta al Horno Los Viernes Santo siempre fueron un calvario para mi porque no se comía carne y mi nono insistía en llenar la mesa familiar con cornalitos. Pero siempre desde la cocina emergía la Cora Adela Allemande con su bandeja de pasta al horno que me salvaba de la desnutrición. Mi Nona no era la mejor cocinera, era más bien fan del delivery pero la Pasta al Horno era su Hit. 

La recuerdo todos los días pero la extraño mucho más cuando es viernes Santo o cuando huelo cornalitos en algún restaurante.
