writing funny characters makes me feel like a such fraud. "ah yes this person is so funny, people like him bc he's the comic relief!!!" BUT (unfortunately) I'M NOT FUNNY so bro is sitting over there with a vacant smile like "heh heh why did the chicken cross the road (¬ᴗ ´¬ )" and everyone Bursts Out into Laughter™ but I can't think of anything better for him to say.

At the same time, sometimes I reread my draft and make myself literally lol so maybe I'm doing okay
