A company established in 2003, that now has 35 creative enthusiasts, based in Kent. The award winning ageing has worked with many big brands such as Peroni, Toni and Guy, Carlsberg, Dove and Tresemme. Having such successful past project’s i understand that the company really strives to create strong individual identities within their approach to each new project and prides itself on “a new vision of tomorrow” with the idea that, “tomorrow is bourderless and boundaryless”. This is a really inspiring approach and is what has made a small company of five develop and become known as such a strong and innovative agency in the industry. JDO specialise in many areas; artwork, production, design for manufactures, brand packaging, 3D product design, Brand identity, Innovation, brand animation and creative strategy. Although a broad selection of focus, the team Is prominently keen on branding and the approach they take towards creating successful brands. On their site there is a video that explores the ethos of the company as a whole, which explains their love for brands and a simplistic approach towards how they design, of which they feel is the reason they have become prominent within the industry. Understanding more about this agency has been really inspiring and is an interesting story of development as a company, with a consistent passion for what they do everyday. It also makes me excited for working with them again in the future, through the JDO RAW yearly competition.
