Stop shopping fast fashion please thanks. We have enough clothes on the world and also we have enough of the same mf people walking around. So sick of seeing uninspired gals strutting their shein, Zara, h&m Bs on their TikToks or reels. You think you are fashion if you can buy $3 poorly constructed shit from a webshop. Seriously stop. You don’t need to influence anyone into buying more of this stuff. CLOTHES ARE NEVER MACHINE MADE. Please take a sewing lesson to know how much labour goes into making your cute y2k top. There is always multiple people behind the making of all of your bershka bought Bs. And GUESS WHAT. We been through y2k… we already had WAAAAY too many clothes on planet earth back then and 80% of the time those clothes are still wandering around somewhere. So if you really want to be inspirational, get your stuff from a thrift shop or buy it off a boomer. I don’t care what you do but stop supporting companies like shein or Zara. Not only are they exploiting people… They are destroying the world. Please educate yourself and shop local. Look for designers who are able to upcycle your old clothes or whatever… doesn’t have to cost the world. I am not saying I’m perfect or whatever I still have so much to learn and I’m typing this on my overpriced iPhone from my privileged apartment sitting on my overtrained glutes, but this is something so close to my heart. Please try to find the beauty in second hand shopping/ trading clothes with your friends etc. Try to see the value of every person-made garment u own (which is everything)

What happens to the moon when it disappears from the sky?

The moon checks in with us each and every night to see whose spending their time peacefully asleep and who are kept up by their never ending inner dialogue. The moon represents our subconscious, which usually tends to surface after the sun goes down. While the sun represents our conscious, what we think throughout our days out of awareness. It’s best to write at night, when the part of your mind you can’t usually freely access emerges. I’ve found it’s easiest to get to know myself after hours, it allows me to have a more personal relationship with myself. Much like when you’re physically ill, your body heals the fastest when you’re asleep, your mind heals the fastest when you take the time to depict it when the world is quiet and still. When the moon disappears from the sky, the only place it really goes is within us, helping guide us. -t

Through self remembering, self discipline and self observation the meditation process begins .

Self remembering-

how often we forget our true being and have an automatic reaction to our desires and emotion.

This includes patterns we form-

"I must have a drink after work"

Remember who you are , a divine spirit, a spark of the creator, with more than enough willpower

You will get the desire to drink , see it as just something that will pass, just like all things, no need to respond to the desire.

Self discipline

Like a muscle, self discipline grows from constant exercise.

Starting with small practices such as fasting, having a set daily routine such as meditation at a given time every evening, self discipline slowly grows.

Do you want to drink alcohol, take deliberate steps to avoid the bars and bad company.

Better to walk alone than to be with those that hinder your progress

Self observation

At the start of the mediation practice, after relaxing the physical, emotional and mental brains, playback the day.

From waking up to evening, like a play, what character were you playing at what time.

Which ego was in control ? Was it pride, lust, anger?

Where was the divine will power?

What fears are hidden by the particular ego?

The true human is born complete, in the fullness of what God is. Overflowing and radiant with God's love.

Our journey here on earth is to realise this.

Trapped in every ego, is a fragment of our divinity.

As we observe and identify our egos, we are then able to transform each of them.

Transforming the pride to humility, lust to love and anger to patience.

The myself different form others, the I, is a multitude of egos,

Dissolving the self is the work

Self remembrance

All is the mind,

The law of vibration-

From the low vibration of matter to the highest vibration of spirit.

Will power, thought manifests as matter.

We all resonate to our envintonment.

Bad environment , the spirit lowers in vibration
