Gi-hun's character has been reduced to only a shipping machine (for In-ho mostly) and it upsets me because he's such an interesting, complex and realistic character but most of the fanfics about him are only Inhun smut and I cannot find any fics that actually explore his character and his trauma it upsets me

another anon here, i just wanna add on my own thoughts to the principals and their kids post

i also think it’s really interesting that davey automatically assumes his dad is evil, since that could imply that davey is possibly well aware of the operation the elementary schools around their area are part of and may also know how the principals for each school are like to come to that conclusion

if there’s anyone who would probably be a massive asset to lily and billy’s investigations, it would be davey, especially during the final ending where davey learned to deactivate the computer thing in the reversing chamber(?) thanks to his dad

stranger things would not work as a monster of the week story for a myriad of reasons and filler episodes Would Not Work for this story. it would destroy the stakes, which hinge on The Mystery of it all. things that are desirable in fanfiction are not necessarily desirable in canon production, and that doesn’t make either thing lesser.

Too many kpop stans in general have such a backwards way of thinking. Kpop idols dating is considered the worst thing in the world for so many stans, yet when any sort of cultural appropriation has been done and is being called out, they're the same stans claiming "It's not that deep."

I get it’s a series about friendship and it’s aimed mostly for little girls, but I feel like the series can still have a well done and touching pairing without the show losing it’s main purpose.
