#COOKIEPORN Because cookies are always a good idea, and because you an play with them, add fillings, add flavors, add more chocolate... They clearly are my favorite thing to bake! These ones are VERY chocolaty, and I've added a filling of hazelnut spread to get the extra touch... Addictive ! 345g flour 45g cocoa powder 215g light brown sugar 1 large egg 200g soft butter 200g chopped dark chocolate Hazelnut spread (I use the Nocciola, which clearly is the Devil 😈) Some fleur de sel In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then add the butter and egg, and incorporate until you get a soft, smooth dough. Add the chopped chocolate (or the chocolate chips if you prefer) and mix. Take a spoonful of dough in your hand, flatten it to make a large disc, and add a tsp of hazelnut in the middle. Close delicately to form a thick cookie, and try to flatten it delicately, so the spread doesn't come out.
