You, sulking and with your arms crossed, struggling with yourself to maintain composure, were far too adorable for Thresh to admire without delighting in the scene and laughing.
– You’ve been manipulating me; I won’t give in this time, Thresh. You really hurt me.
Ah, that was too much. The heavy sound of chains as he approached blended with the flickering sound of the mist that followed him, wrapping around him more intensely, shaping his cadaverous figure into the human appearance he had been using to walk among the mortals of Bilgewater. And yes, he noticed the tremor in your gaze as your beloved man assumed that so antiquated and elegant form, especially while approaching with a discreet, confident smile, slow steps, as if he knew the clock of your world waited for his time to move its hands.
– What do you mean by that, (__)? Are you refusing me?
Even though nothing had been offered to refuse, Thresh’s question already seemed to carry the displeasure of losing something that belonged to him. To emphasize the unspoken promise, Thresh traced the contour of your lips with his gloved hand, admiring your skin with a gleam of desire and amusement in his eyes.
– What a shame. Just when the last few days made me miss… you…
The last words were broken, breathed out as his mouth brushed yours, the cold breath sending icy shocks down your spine. Somehow, you resisted this time. You pressed your arms tighter against your own body, as if trying to prevent yourself from throwing into Thresh’s arms. And he waited with pleasure for the next moment when you tried to push him away:
– Not this… not this time, Thresh. You really hurt me.
The man rolled his eyes, indifferent to your feelings, but smiling. With a twisted tenderness, he looked at you—almost contemplated you— with his sickly love for a human who desired him yet tried to repel him simultaneously.
– (__)… Do you really think that matters to me?
With his index finger, he traced a vertical line on your cheek from your eye, as if following the path of an imaginary tear.
– Do you have any idea how much I love your pain, my doll?
Your heart skipped a beat, and you clenched your jaw to scold yourself for it. A gesture not unnoticed by Thresh.
– You are…
He silenced you with a quick kiss, yet intense enough to steal an involuntary moan. One of Thresh’s hands slid around your waist as if the now-veiled chains were wrapping around you again—as they had done so many times before; a subtle reminder that you were still bound to him. And it was your fault for being there, for Thresh’s hold was possessive but not painful; loose enough for you to push and run at any moment.
But he knew from your forced breathing and rising blush that he wouldn’t even need the physical chains to keep you there. His gaze beneath his lashes already said everything he needed to hear about your fragile human heart.
Thresh laughed, his form flickering for a second into the cadaverous figure hidden beneath the charming human guise.
– Were you going to say something, (__)?
His hand rose to caress your face, also flickering and shimmering with his cadaverous form and claws; it was hard to tell if the touch was a threat or a promise. Even harder was for you to focus enough to reignite the spark of pride that had made you confront him in the first place.
Thresh’s lips met yours again, lasting no more than three seconds. Just enough time to remind you of the delight of kissing him; too short to give any sense of satisfaction.
Your eyes watered at the point where your reason and desire collided.
Separating your arms, you let your hands seek Thresh’s coat to hold it against your chest, drawing close not as one seeking refuge, but as prey surrendering and accepting the predator’s bite.
I had to draw some Natsyuri, but I had to draw the corrupted versions. It’s just a cute yet gruesome concept I adore.💖 I might do the same with Sayori and Monika.💖
Anyways, I hope you guys like this, and tell me what you think!🖤🌟
I drew some art for my fic on Wattpad! I'm actually fairly proud of this. This isn't a canon scene or anything, I just wanted to draw the squad playin vidya gaems.
Four hundred years and counting. That’s how old she is. Ira lurched sideways as she guzzled the drink from a human skull and licked the side of her lips.
“Where have you been all these years, hunter?”
“You could say war.”
“So you came back for her.”
“More than that. I came to wed her.”
“Wed? Do you hear yourself? Immortals are forbidden to love dirt flesh. What would a transient romance do…
