♤ When you need to wake up early, Locke purposely holds you in bed for a few more minutes. It does not matter if you resist amid the tickles or surrender to his charm and accept the soft kisses across your face, he only wants that moment stolen from your time.
♤ He learned from you the taste for a more domestic life. At first, Locke would often take you out so you could have some moments together, alone. However, as time passed and things between you deepened, more and more often, you and Locke will have an entire day together, at home itself, long lazy afternoons with you lying over him, and Locke absentmindedly caressing some part of your body, a random conversation flowing without horizon, following random directions into disconnected subjects until, when the two of you realize it, the evening dew has become too cold to be ignored.

I think that Locke would be pretty catchy with his words. He got that sass in his voice lines. I dont think he would be a playboy but he definitely would act like one if he likes someone specific.
He definitely has trust issues. It would be hard to get accepted by Locke. Especially into his heart. He cannot risk opening his heart for someone when all he knows is danger.
But he would be genuine when you get to know him better. The sarcasm and "funny" personality leaves itself to a more grounded person. He understands and knows pain more than anybody. He knows not to comment on something especially if its about the person he loves.
Locke is pretty open about the job he does. And its not a pretty one. In a world full of lies and darkness, he forgot how to truly relax. You would be the only person that he can fully let go of his guards.
And even so, it would take quite amount of time to convince him to let go. He knows his feelings are true but his mind would not let him. Being with him needs patience if you want to see his true side.
He would be the type to joke about his pain. When you two fight over something, he would use sarcasm instead of real words. That might be a bit of a problem.
But he is easy to convince when you show him that you are sorry. Just a hug or a kiss instantly melts his walls away. He is unguarded to your affection. He knows that you are weaponizing it but he couldnt care less.

He simply does not care.
Not even a little — that is what it seems like; that is what he believes.

Pyke, that day, slowly turned toward you as if he were about to face an unknown abyssal creature, analyzing you from head to toe, finding it strange that you thought that kind of thing suited him.
♤ He does not know how to say whether he likes it or not.
It is strange and uncomfortable, without a doubt.
But coming from you, it makes something turn over inside him, warm and pleasant — and because of that, almost despicable.

♤ Before an established relationship, Locke carries his own jealousy with irony toward you:
- Oh, dear. Are you already replacing me with another?
- We are not together, Locke.
- Are you really going to keep up that charm?, how cute.
Or then:
- ... You like THAT type of guy? At this rate I won’t even need to try very hard.
And even:
- It’s dangerous to walk around alone, you know?
- But I was with...
- Yeah, yeah. I know. The same as being alone, dear.
♤ After you are in a relationship, jealousy and protection mix a little.
And, without even realizing it himself, a spark of insecurity also adds itself to the jealousy if you happen to show some correspondence to that other guy beyond innocent casualness.
Since childhood, Locke got used to being perceived by the others around him more as a weapon than as a person.
I mean, you really do see the man in him and not only the lethal weapon specialized in killing demons, right?

♤ Even after you are together, Locke still does not let the jealousy weigh on you.
♤ He does feel jealousy, yes, and to his own displeasure, Locke feels it more than he would like or imagined he would feel.
Even so, he mostly keeps it safe, away from the sunlight, hidden behind relaxed and easygoing ironies.
♤ A deeper degree in the seriousness of this jealousy is when Locke starts speaking lower and closer to you after the usual irony.
Something like:
- I almost thought you had forgotten that you came out with me.
And after getting closer to caress your cheek — disguising that, this way, he was “cleaning” the spot on your skin where the other guy had greeted you with a kiss — Locke lowers his voice, tilting his head and staring at you with one eyebrow raised above his glasses:
- Better establish some boundaries with that guy, don’t you think? I wanted to do that myself, but you are much kinder than I am with these things.
♤ The deepest step of jealousy is when Locke simply says nothing. No irony. No joke. No warning at all.
He simply stands there, serious, staring at you and staring at the other guy; even with his gaze hidden by the lenses of his glasses, it is possible to be certain of the displeasure Locke is feeling in that moment.
This is the worst one because he closes himself off. It is the last stage after all the provocations and ironies. It is the most delicate point to make him turn back, because if it reached that point, it means that at some moment you had to voluntarily cross some boundary; you were the one who deliberately fed some less innocent interaction; you were the one who sought something you should not have been seeking there.
♤ Now, if the one who crossed the boundary was the other guy, well, what can be done?, just breathe in relief when Locke appears speaking casually with you, louder than necessary, passing an arm around your shoulder or waist and placing his own body as a barrier between the two of you; meanwhile he pushes the other guy back, with much more force than necessary; Locke meets his gaze only once, the glasses resting low on his nose, the coldness of his blue irises sending a shiver down the other’s spine.
Locke, now, is not joking.
But you do not need to be scared; after the situation is resolved, Locke is over you much more explicitly worried than usual, wanting to check if you are okay, if the guy really did nothing against you — physically or morally.
Locke will insist and prolong this subject until he is convinced that you were not hurt in absolutely anything.

It is cornering you between a wall and black mist when you barely know each other yet, but he already has your name engraved in his heart, and placing your trembling hand in his firm and cold hand, and bringing your fingers to his lips and calling you not by your name, but by the title with which Viego sees you: “my queen.”

♤ He does not want only the kiss — Jhin wants to be engraved in your memory in such a way that, even if he himself ends up dead, he remains alive in your mind in a way no other man could ever occupy that place.
♤ Secondly, Jhin wants the sensation. Not only the mark in your memory, in your recollections, but he wants to mark your emotional memory too.
