Got another cortisone shot this morning... makes arm sore and stiff but the worst is feeling the needle go in and knowing it goes to the joint. I don't think I knew that last time. Might be part of why it's worse. Also my arm is feeling better and I'm less desperate. The doctor thought it was a good idea but idk. The prednisone seemed to do more, at least, pain came back when I was off it (but gave me withdrawal...:( ) Maybe it will loosen some of the other stuff, I mean the shoulder doesn't hurt much just stiff. Was the original injury or pain at least. Dr seemed a bit in haste, I'm not a priority to any of them. Just do soemthing quick and get me out of there. She kinda seemed to forget what I told her. Idk about any of these ppl. Don't seem to care too much. Just doing a job. I don't matter as a person. She gives me the shot in my shoulder but it's my shoulder blade and lower arm that bother me the most... then she asks me if my shoulder hurts after the shot and has me move it. Meaning the shoulder not arm or shoulder blade. That part has never hurt very much even if it moves. But I can't think on my feet esp with people in authority and I wasn't awake this morning. Hoping shot might do something, idk what has helped, idk if it will just go back to worse, something random trigger it and I have to go back on nasty prednisone. Not much faith in shot but on off chance it helps... doctors seem to be just trying ransom things and don't don't know what's really wrong with it. Seem perplexed and then sure rhe next minute. At least doesn't hurt too much now but that could change in a split second.
Ice on arm, stiff, didn't do much today, didn't need t. Got up late ish. Sluggish, just time to get get dr then ice on arm while tv.... walk, cutting/printing job, wash dishes, tv.... ice. Its not too bad just that weird feeling and not wanting to make it worse and knowing a poke went all the way to my shoulder. For a dubious reason.
