Both of these were taken at AnimeNYC 2025, which I was attending for the first time! What a blast that was. I've already secured my spot for 2026.
I can't actually claim any credit for the most impressive aspects of this costume: styling the wig and the acquisition of the magatama and attorney's badge were all my opposing counsel partner's doing. (I am a very lucky man.) That said, I'm sure I'll have to collaborate with her on wig alternatives if/when I pull together a Beanix cosplay.

Goth Miku at the Comic Con for today
I’ve been wanting to cosplay Joel for ages, but obviously he’s not exactly someone you can buy a pre-made cosplay for(what I’ve done in the past) so I’m going to make it myself, but the wig is the part that will be the hardest, so I want to start there.
I was wondering where to get a good brown wig base, and green wefts? Wig styling tutorials are so incredibly appreciated!!!
My U.A. gym uniform cosplay came, and since my mom does not care about what I wear in online school, she’s okay with me wearing it during online school. That’s a win-win-win for me, cause I get to wear my new cosplay, be comfortable, and not get in trouble for wearing it!
