Well, here we go. I will warn everyone upfront, I'm far from an English major and you may struggle while reading my posts. I'll do my best to keep it simple, yet still be detailed in my everyday routines.
Today started off just like any other day. I had a plan, it didn't go as planned, I had to call an audible and it all came together at the end.
I hoped to get my lazy ass up early in the morning to go for quick run, instead I woke up and pressed the snooze button several times until I realized I needed to get up quick to help my brother out with some car stuff. I made a quick protein shake and split. Off to do manly things, you know, work on cars, talk about women, drink beer... Ok maybe just the work on cars part. I spent several hours there as planned. This left me with a perfect amount of time to go meet Mike.
Mike is the owner of College Park Nutrition in College Park(Orlando), go figure. This was the first time meeting him. I was referred to him from another friend of mine. We spoke briefly about what I plan to do this month. He was very interested in helping me out and gave great input on products that can assist with meting my fitness goals. We spoke about pre-workouts, durring workouts, and post-workout supplements. I will be listing the products I am using and also the effects that they gave each day. Then I left to the crib to get ready for the nights festivities.
As I got home, I realized, that I hadn't eaten anything all day. I had my protein shake and 3 large Nalgene bottles full of water and that was it. I warmed up 2.5 small chicken boobies that I had cooked a few days ago and gobbled those up. Proceded to clean the house, take a shower, shove all the clothes under the bed... You know, usual things people do when you are having guests over.
Now, the part of the day I always look forward to. The amazing lady in my life is the best cook I know. Anytime she is in the kitchen, she is bound to make some magic happen. Tonight was a Beef Macaroni dish. This was the first dish she ever made for me and I could eat it all day if no one was around. But luckily I stopped myself today. one small plate, two little garlic bread's and that was it. cough oh ya and the little cheese pastry, but we won't talk about that....
Moving on, so that was it. Well minus the fact that we got to play Catch Phrase. Guys vs. Girls and of course the guys won, but please keep that between us.
Below are some of the pix from today. No huge cravings today, but that's because I didn't have any time. This is and will always be one of my biggest struggle. But, My goal will be to notice those cravings and become stronger than them. bla bla bla... on to pix
This is what we did today (mostly him) Picture is a before, during and after.
and now a comparison of how sexy his ride is over my old pos lol
BBQ chicken with Olive oil and spicy spices.
Salad, light on the dressing
Garlic bread and beef and shells
mmmmmm..... Cheese pastry with coffee.
PS (I have a feeling this will happen often)
I have been doing tons of research on workout programs and nutrition and what will best help me. During my research and also a friend of mine (Ronnie) informing me about a macro-nutrition calculator. This is a source that helps you understand what amount of calories you should be intaking daily and also gets more specific to what food groups you should be getting them from. I have screen printed my calculator results and also what I actually ate.
Don't look at the goals (those are from old goals)
