Melkor is finally released from his confinement and asks for a consort/omega; he quickly turns his attention to King Finwë who was recently widowed and raises his young son Fëanáro.
• It is Manwë who requested the hand of Finwë, who rather insecure/tired decides to take the proposal if it guarantees that no longer disturb both his existence and that of the baby Fëanaro.
• Melkor joins Finwë in his home.
• Melkor's first action there is to dismiss a young alpha named Indis who clearly intended to court his husband.
• Finwë cannot really understand Melkor's action and just focuses on his son who needs a lot of his Fëa to be healthy.
• Melkor proposes to Finwë to mark him when he is willing. The Valar hates the scars belonging to Elwë and Miriel.
• Seeing Finwë exhausted, Melkor tells him that he can help nourish Fëanáro since the baby is too weak even if Finwë takes care of him for most of the day.
• Melkor bonds with Fëanáro and the baby begins to stabilize thanks to the power of the Valar poured into his fragile Fëa.
• Finwë is happy to see Fëanáro healthy and agrees to bond himself with Melkor.
• The years pass and both have a couple of children. Ñolofinwë who lives delighted with his older brother Fëanáro and Arafinwë who only wishes to stay under the care of Finwë.
• Everything is going well, until in his youth Fëanáro creates the Silmarils.
• Finwë is terrified when Fëanáro confesses that he put some of his essence in the jewels.
• Melkor smiles inwardly as he sees the future that he was able to visualize begin to come true.
• Ñolofinwë sees the actions of his brother and urged by his father Valar asks Finwë to name him his heir.
• Fëanáro upon learning of his brother's request explodes in anger and leaves home not without having corroborated to be the heir of his father.
• Arafinwë begins to distrust Melkor and begins to move away from him.
• Time passes and when Fëanáro returns he presents his wife, Nerdanel as well as his firstborn and heir, Maitamo Nelyafinwë.
• Finwë is delighted with his grandson, Melkor cannot hold Maitamo because the baby cries in his arms.
• Arafinwë still thinks there is something wrong. His suspicions are confirmed when Melkor expresses his desire to separate from Finwë.
• Ñolofinwë marries Lady Anairë, and they have a son of their own, Findekáno.
• Finwë and Melkor separete.
• Finwë expects a fourth child, but does not comment anything to his now ex-husband.
• The next time they meet, there is no more light in Valinor and Melkor searches for the Silmarils of Fëanáro. Finwë have a sword in hand and Melkor promises to be gentle by giving him a painless death.
