The Brewmaster's Burger is a delicious dish made with love at Gentle Ben's Brewing Co.'s Burgers and Brews in the middle of Tucson, Arizona. There's a juicy beef patty mixed with diced onions inside this burger, and it's topped with cheddar cheese, pickles, and a special sauce that gives it a tangy kick. This burger is great for both beer and burger fans because it comes on a toasted bun with fresh lettuce and tomato.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1 tbsp yellow mustard. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix ground beef, diced onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and close the grill to melt the cheese. While burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard to make the sauce. Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the toasted buns. Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom bun. Add the cheesy burger patty on top, then top with diced pickles. Place the top bun on and serve hot.
