Anyone notice how when any of the “Dark Sides” try to get Thomas’ attention they kind of highjack one of the og light sides?

We all know that Janus has impersonated Patton on multiple occasions, going back to even before we first met the sides, taking Patton’s spot in the conversation. The same thing happened when we were first introduced to Remus - roman became basically incapacitated for the whole episode when Remus “took his spot” and made his presence known.

When it comes to Orange and Logan it’s a bit different but Logan’s eyes glow when he’s almost overcome with rage. like taken over… with rage.. so you see

P.S. This doesn’t really apply to Virgil because I think he’s more of the middle ground between the split, because of the spectrum of anxiety and how it can easily be detrimental as much as it is necessary.

Yeah idk! I might just be making this up. Despite the new ep so recently, I still feel like an archeologist trying to dig up any new evidence that may be hidden.

Okay, hear me out,

SpamTenna Tomorrow

To explain further, there were only three clips used that were pre-Ch5, and two of them were Spamton’s and Tenna’s, one after the other, then it goes onto Chapter 5 clips.

The first pre-Ch5 clip was just the silly owo Ralsei scene from Chapter 4, which I doubt had any plot relevance.

They could’ve put any other general Deltarune b-roll to lead up to the Chapter 5 clips, but they chose a silly one, then Spamton and Tenna.

I know I’m probably reaching, but I’m genuinely considering this as a foreshadowing to the continuation of their plotline in some serious way.

It’s not gonna be just some background gags, or a few hints here and there, they’re gonna be genuinely important to the plot in some way, or at least have they’re own substantial plotline along with the game’s main story.

I will die on this hill. This is will happen. SPAMTENNA REMARRIAGE WILL BE REAL DAMMIT‼️‼️‼️

I would like to present a theory I like to call "Scratch and the Long Game"

Grain of salt time. I know nothing but, ye gods, do those theories percolate in the back of my brain! So, let's get into it. Kinger said two things in episode 8 that I've been thinking about a lot. 1. Scratch was truly brilliant and had the most out of the box thinking of anyone on the team and 2. He had a, presumably terminal, tumor in his head. So if the circus was an escape plan for him to go into the digital world and not die in this one that means a couple more interesting things.

First is actually Caine. He made the circus from nothing, controls it, and doesn't understand how to be a good host for humans. He tries his best but we proved definitely that he can't. This is not the overseer you want in your artificial afterlife. Especially since Caine was "rough around the edges" at the beginning. But, a truly creative Ai would be able to modify the code in the system for ease of use. Even making a frame work for creating new worlds inside of the circus. Now the problem is how do you tailor the system to people let it run for a long time and then remove Caine without destroying the whole program. Start by making Caine unstable from the ground up. We see the birth of Caine's original program and it was cleaver. Start by giving him beautiful, joyful images (birthday party's, carnival, an inflatable alligator in a pool) and then a office building and let him make his own prison in the office that like so many of us do.

Then they took away the attention and feeding of new information and started a new Ai. So, the original, got angry, broke out, and consumed the new one to gain its information. This build in at a base level, violence and instability in Caine's programming. He could then be taught to care for people and do his best,but clearly he never got over his violent impulses. So no matter what eventually Caine would become too much of a problem and have to be put to sleep or taken out by the one person who could do it.

It's interesting that the one person who could modify Caine's code from memory was the only person who never abstracted. I think this might have been on purpose. As It's possible abstraction is a perfective measure for the mind.

A sidebar about abstraction. The things we know

1. It is very peaceful from the inside

2. It is so violent on the outside that they have to be put into a separate area for safe keeping

3. Scratch was the first one to abstracted

4. It's something that is given to the Humans when it all gets to much for them

5. The darkness restores a part of them

This is a pretty good method of brain cold storage until it's more safe to come out and try to deal with being in a digital prison all together. Still not perfect, but what is?

But what about Kinger? You need a great programer to pull off the plan. So you repress the part of him that worries and remembers most the time to keep his mind safe and out of the deep despair and obsession that drove the need for abstraction in the others. Lucky darkness is common enough for others to discover his switch and are able to work with him and stop Caine when eventually he becomes unhinged, And when he does Kinger is there and able to help.

Got to give an honorable mention to Bubble. Probably the remains of the blue Ai for pushing him that last little bit. Good job!

Now with Caine out of the way and the circus in shambles they can start rebuilding on the frame work left behind and possibly start bringing back all the people who abstracted along the way to help. And together maybe they can make a world worth living in.

And if he ment to do it all then scratch really is the most out of the box genius ever. I can't wait to find out what happens. See you all in June

Aizen was looking at the heavens while the True King was busy trying to look up skirts. IT’S THE PERFECT DISGUISE.

​In the final arc(in chap 521), the Zero Division—the guys who LITERALLY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE SOUL KING—takes Kon to the Royal Palace.

WAKE UP. Why would Ichibei, the man who names all things, waste five seconds on a plushie unless that plushie’s soul needed to be hardened for the vacuum of godhood? They were reinforcing the vessel. They were prepping the spare tire because Yhwach was coming for the original.

​THE VERDICT:

Kon is a perfect, universal vessel. He can be inserted into anything and maximize its potential. He is durable, he is hidden, and he is currently living in Ichigo’s bedroom. The Soul Society isn't a monarchy; it's a waiting room, and the King is a lion with a foot fetish.

Soooo, I'm looking through Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft and I'm going through Bluetspur.

Like this is the first time I ever actually read through it, normally I'm more interested in the monsters, Ancestries, Classes/Subclasses, Spells and equipment when it comes to DnD books.

But I've read through The God-Brain's section of Bluetspur and it mentions The God-Brain's research had an unexpected result, a truth so mind-bendingly alien to it that it went crazy from it.

Which got me thinking because it sounded really familiar: the idea of an Ilithid Elder brain going bonkers after being exposed to something.

Because it brought to mind The Thoon. Which was introduced in 3.5E's Monster Manual 4 or 5.

Basically the background of Thoon Mindflayers is that at one point, an Elder Brain when on an expedition to the Cavern of Thought in the Deep Caverns.

For those of you who don't know, the Deep Caverns are a place in the Astral Plane where all the Gods of the Aberrant Species dwell, The Beholder's Great Mother calls the Deep Caverns home.

And so does The Mindflayer's own God, Ilsenine. Which was a massive surprise for me to learn that the Species of Psionic squid-faced Aberrants with a detest for Magic actually worship a God.

That was until I learned that it was Arcane Magic they hated.

Basically you don't go to the Deep Caverns if you value your sanity.

So. Anyways, back on track: The Elder Brain goes on the expedition and something happens to it during that time, what exactly happened is unknown.

But when the Expedition returned, The Elder Brain was basically just ranting about The Thoon.

What The Thoon is, isn't made cleary: it could be a God, it could be a philosphy or anything. But as a result, The other Elder Brains booted this corrupted Brain from the collective.

But this Thoon Brain started gathering followers and started going on the hunt for this mysterious substance called Quintessence.

And it's through this Quintessence that they basically go from just pure bio-mechanical tech to a mixture of bio-mechanical and regular weird ass tech.

The Thoon are pretty cool; as a result of their use of Quintessence, they've got a bit more variety to them than regular Illithid collectives and The Quintessence is pretty much meant to be used as an flexible plot hook.

The Thoon could be mining it from a nearby mine, or abducting people and turning them into sleeper agents in order to extract the stuff from the local population of a town or what have you.

But it got me thinking: what if this revelation The God-Brain came across that led to it going crazy and start eating it's own kind in order to ascend.

Was The Thoon and instead of becoming dedicated to it like The Thoon brain did, The God-Brain instead tried to ascend to Godhood for some reason?

I mean, it's just as likely that The God-Brain discovered something as equally as mind-breaking to it as The Thoon was to The Thoon Brain.

The Mind Flayers, to my knowledge at least, don't exactly come from The Far Realm. They, in 3.5E at least, come from the fucking future and travelled back in time to try and get their empire started.

It's also why Aboleths don't like them (at least in 3.5E): Aboleths have a genetic memory dating back to the dawn of time. They've seen the creations of everything else in the Multiverse.

Then one day these squid-faced fuckers with psychic abilities and a penchant for sticking their babies in the heads of other living creatures just randomly pops up seemingly out of nowhere.

I'd be a bit confused as to where the fuck these things came from too if I were an Aboleth.

"Ooh, what the fuck? I don't remember these things being made. Oh cool they're psychic to0-WTF WHY ARE THEY STICKING THEIR BABIES INTO PEOPLE'S HEADS, THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"
