Georgia setting on fire the first guy that tried to kiss her and then being upset with herself not because she set a guy on fire but because she had let him borrow her favorite sweater and now it's ruined is such an aroace behavior i approve a hundread percent
Me, reading every sentence from Loveless: God, this hits so close home
Its weird how i want everyone to read Loveless cuz its such an important book for the aroace commuinities and it reflex them with a possitivity never seen before. But at the same time i dont want to share it to the world, cuz it feels like mine. It's so personal and relatable that i want to hide it from their scrutiny. I dont want them to judge it, to take it apart. Ive never had something like this. Something that feels so real, as if it was wrote *specifically* for me. And the idea of the whole world reading that scares me so much.
‘I’m going to stand at Simon’s side,’ said James, ‘while he ends the line of Stewards. I’m not going to stop until there’s no one left to stand in your Hall, until the last of your light flickers and goes out. And when darkness comes, I’ll be standing next to the one who will rule it all.’ James’s voice was precise. ‘You think I felt something for you? You’ve forgotten who I am.’
God, i had forgotten what this guy does to me
Wow. Who would have said that Loveless hits different (even harder) when you read it in your native language.
Rereading a book that you dont remember much about except a couple of little details and ThePlotTwist™️ feels illegal
