☆ CAS Challenge: Create-A-Circus ☆

ANOTHER CHALLENGE, ITS BEEN A WHILE BUT WE BACK!

Initially, this was a clown challenge, but the cool peeps over on my discord started talking about a whole circus soooo here we are for now haha! (dw, i still wanna do a standalone clown challenge, and I will do that soon!) As the rules state, feel free to reroll whatever you need for the challenge to be bearable. If you do not own a physical d20, you can use this one here!

I'm curious to see what you guys will cook up with this, make sure to use the tag #createacircuscas so I can see all your circus babies! (Tag me as well!) Bonus points if you guys think of stories with these sims, I will be violently consuming them.

so i'm working my way through the entire circus for @j3lly-fish's Create A Circus CAS Challenge because i love me a supernatural circus

ringmaster time! satyrs are known for their raucous parties - and what's a bigger party than a bright, exuberant circus? donovan's got you covered - engaging his performers and enthralling the crowds.

he is, however, very good at the art of the deal....and my, oh, my, that's a lot of paperwork he keeps in his office. his troupe certainly haven't...sold...anything important to him.

You will get to know another member of the Twilight Circus!

What I rolled > Role: Clown / Colors: Black and Orange / Details: Freckles and Tattoos / Story: There's something about them/ Occult Type: I made one up

Daisy's life has always been one struggle after another. She was the result of an affair between a prostitute named Maryann and the mayor of a coastal town, Henry Edison Senior. Sadly, that meant she wasn't wanted by either of them and was sent to an orphanage a few towns away. There, Daisy suffered abuse by the hands of her male "caretakers," who clearly didn't have an ounce of empathy for any of the children in their care. But she persevered through sheer will and patience. At 15, she left the orphanage and became part of a group of pickpockets. Being small, witty, charming, and daring were traits that made Daisy quite the thief. She seemingly found her place in life. But of course, something had to ruin her fun. A dangerous and frankly traumatizing encounter with a Succubus left her with a questionable gift. Daisy was now a Succubus herself. It didn't take her long to realize that she wouldn't be able to stay with her old friends. She didn't want them to fear her new self. So Daisy left and soon after found a job at the Twilight Circus as the clown 'Daisy Giggles'. There, she uses the audience to satisfy her hunger. Those unfortunate men (and it's nearly always men) never see her coming … By the time they notice Daisy's wide and eerie smile, it's already too late. Of course, she doesn't kill any of her meals. But her favorite way to create physical stimulus (needed to feed from someone) is to elicit pain. Her past really twisted something inside of her. Daisy hasn't been at the circus for long, but she likes the ensemble and has taken an interest in the Magician Elara. Maybe, for once in her life, she gets to have what or more who she wants! 

This got kinda dark, but I think back then, you didn't end up at a circus without some pain and trauma attached to your life. I hope you guys like it. I made two more sim. Maybe I will post them as well :)

Adensha is known across the galaxy for her Aerial Acrobatics!

This Cheerful, Lovebug is quite Athletic (she has to be to perform her tricks without a net in sight!) and will make conversation with just about anyone, just don't mention her scars!

At her first circus she volunteered to fill in for the Likren Tamer one night and found out there was a reason those performers were so thoroughly trained. Now she performs in people only circuses to avoid any more mishaps.

I've never done a CAS challenge before thought I'd give it a try Also I know that there are a few other creators I didn't tag, that will be fixed once I can figure out/remember who made what since my Mods folder is a complete disaster at the moment and I'm very sorry!

Let the show begin!

I wanted to give @j3lly-fish's Create-A-Circus CAS challenge a try, so here we go!!!

My rolls: magician, blue & red, moles & heterochromia, your sim has injures/scars from a previous performance incident, spellcaster.

Merlis, born as a spellcaster*, used to use his powers during performances, creating beautiful and breathtaking moments that audience never forgot.

Unfortunately, one time he felt too confident and tried to cast one of the more difficult spells to offer the audience something new. This led to an explosion that, luckily or not, mostly harmed only him.

Left with scars that remind him of that incident, he decided to move away from using his powers and instead does smaller performances that involve tricks without actual magic.

*Characters born as spellcasters, in my canon, are easily distinguished by their hair tips - they're white and glow slightly.

I decided to do @j3lly-fish ‘s Create a Circus challenge and got this little one.

Name: Pipkin NibbleSqueak

Talent: Acrobat

Color: Red

Details: Heart shaped birthmark on his left cheek

Story: Pipkin’s unusual appearance is the result of stealing apples from a spellcaster’s orchard. Tired of being hidden away by his parents, he ran away from home and almost immediately found The Carnival where his size and agility benefited his death defying acrobatic and tightrope performances. He wishes for more but….what else could he do or who could want a thieving little mouse like him?
