You can easily make this Copycat Panera Asian Sesame Chicken Salad at home. It tastes great and is good for you. This salad is a filling meal because it has tender grilled chicken, crisp vegetables, and a tasty sesame vinaigrette.
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 cup mixed greens. 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup carrots, julienned. 1/2 cup edamame beans, cooked and shelled. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. 2 green onions, chopped. 1/4 cup Panera's Asian Sesame Vinaigrette Dressing store-bought.
Instructions: For the marinade, put soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl and mix them together. Put the chicken breasts in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for the best taste. Warm up your grill or grill pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. It's time to grill the chicken. Take it out of the marinade and cook each side for 6-7 minutes, or until it's fully cooked. Take a break for a few minutes and then cut it into strips. Put mixed greens, red cabbage, carrots, edamame beans, sliced almonds, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions in a large salad bowl. Place the chicken slices on top of the salad. Pour Panera's Asian Sesame Vinaigrette Dressing over the salad, then mix everything together to cover it all. Enjoy your Copycat Panera Asian Sesame Chicken Salad right away!
