Spaghetti with Crispy Fried Egg

I was craving a runny egg BLT yesterday (smitten kitchen’s blog makes me wanna cry a little, tbh) but we were out of lettuce/tomatoes/cheese/bacon so I had to make do.
At least we still had bread.
Pepper leaves from the siling labuyo plant outside. This was actually the first time I’ve eaten them raw lol I’ve eaten them in tinola and other soups before, though. The taste is kinda peppery and spinach-y at the same time, without that weird raw spinach aftertaste.
ALL HAIL THE CRISPY EGG. I can’t really cook much of anything except for rice (in a rice cooker) and eggs, so this right here is the pièce de résistance of my cooking repertoire.
Everything + mustard (we were also out of mayo) and yaaaaay! Craving (kinda) satisfied.
