hi for anyone that likes certain isekai and is also a shifter, i've been thinking about this concept for a long time now but i'm not patient enough to be some kind of immortal being to see it all 😭 so i'm sharing

mha, jjk, and maybe even demon slayer and chainsaw man could all be one world, just different times, with minor modifications

jjk: cursed energy is the start of Quirks as we know them, the majority of society just hasn't realised it actually exists yet. it's the start of the Quirk mutation, before it really gets any form. mha left the origin of Quirks really vague ("a baby made out of light suddenly appeared and then like three generations later the majority of people had Quirks!!!") so obviously even in 21xx we don't understand what Quirks really are. and people have always had a tendency to explain away scientific things they didn't understand/couldn't explain as "magic!! witchcraft!! energy!!" so it makes sense that they'd think it's "cursed energy" and not "human evolution leading to powers".

demon slayer (potentially): demon slayer (and you're gonna have to take this with several grains of salt because i know a lot less about demon slayer than the others) COULD just be a slightly later version of jjk. a lot of people are catching onto the existence of "demons" (spirits) and "demon slayers" (jujutsu sorcerers) but still not really understanding it all. same things, different names (possibly because of regional differences/slang), slightly different times.

chainsaw man (potentially): the very start of Quirks as we know them, a midpoint between cursed energy and the full mha system. the "devils" are just a mixed demographic of the few humans with the more advanced (mutant) Quirk mutation and the spirits/demons, or how Quirks became a thing (Pochita becoming Denji's heart would be his Quirk/him getting his Quirk).

mha: modern Quirks!! modern HPSC (a fully developed, mainstream version of demon slayers/jujutsu sorcerers)!! where did the spirits and demons go? i don't know, don't ask me.

i can 100% imagine this as the evolution of Quirks if you wanted to, for whatever reason, experience all of these animes in ONE reality as some kind of immortal being. i might actually script this for myself one day (since i don't have much interest in any isekai except mha), but for now, it's on the back burner.

except this time it's about my sk8 x pokemon DR !! just finished this script last night and am super excited to share it with y'all :)

okay so the premise ! it's uh, literally just sk8 the infinity plus pokemon. i'm not changing a lot here. my DR self is the same as my other DR (info dump here), my scripted bfs are the same (koji + kaoru), it's still skateboarding and whatnot.

the only difference from my main DR, besides the added pokemon, is that i scripted out adam ! did not wanna deal with that man here lmao. i did not script out tadashi, but i didn't script his pokemon team, since idk if i'd ever see him so idrc (not that i plan to see kiriko either but she deserves more recognition, i love her).

another small difference about the pokemon ! if y'all have ever played the fan made game called "pokefarm" you know they have two other special colors for each pokemon, just like shiny pokemon. on the website they're called albino and melanistic, but in my DRs i rennamed it to radiant and selene cuz that sounds better to me. i also made it so that these variants are a lot more common in this DR, cuz i want a team full of them and wanted to give everyone else a lot too.

bcz i think i need some help for my own🤕 like how you use powers or stuff. does vampires and wolfs are enemies or not. how dies witches work in your dr.

god this dr is merely an idea icl, barely any plans or scripted scenarios have been created

BUT it is an idea that keeps evolving so let me ramble abt a couple of the many variations i have for this dr concept :

.*• 1. it’s a world where all my fav kpop groups exist as supernatural beings OR humans that interact w supernatural beings

(i highkey got inspired by these series of edits on youtube back in 2018, before i even knew abt shifting, and it was for nct, where all the members were assigned supernatural beings — like some members were mermaids, some were werewolves, some were vampires, some were even shadowhunters)

anyway, like that it’s not only nct, the members of many groups will be there ; clarity are witches, enhypen are vampires, &team are werewolves, standard stuff. skz are chimeras, txt are warlocks, red velvet are banshees, aespa are cyborg aliens, ive are angels, meovv are shapeshifters, twice are faes, seventeen are kelpies, cortis are djinn’s, zb1 are phoenix’, etc etc you get the idea

essentially it’s a supernatural world. i’m not yet sure whether the whole world is supernatural, or if it’s like a human/non-human coexistence sorta deal…

.*• 2. similar idea to the one above, translate all of that into an academic setting (bcs yes i fear i both suffer and yet crave academia . fucking thought daughter hell over here) anyway . the older idols become mentors, there’s more than one school, some schools are specialised for the type of being while others are multifaceted and there’s gonna be inter-school connections

i wanna add a bunch of fun things bcs imagine this is like high society, bcs most supernatural beings, i think all that ive listed above, they live very long lives, so accumulating generational wealth would make sense, so it’s like a socialite dr too lowk

and we could do things like debutante balls and inter-house galas, and such things

highkey imma just shift to my wr first and check what these drs are like before i shift there — highly highly recommend scripting that you can see snippets of your dr, or maybe even see some potential events unfold as if it’s a show, ofcs you should script you forget the events that happen when you shift so you can actually experience them fr, but if you’re an anxious micro managing perfectionist like me, it’s really helpful to do it :3

I think it’s pretty iconic that in my mcu/ tog dr my first meeting with Andy is me saving her ass. Like we have this very indignant (also impaled!) immortal stuck in a building who insists she doesn’t need rescuing. (Who is also in the long run safe me more times than I her).

Fury then is like „you will get rescued before the whole building crashes into the ocean!“

And then my tired ass because I just did a week of search and rescue for an earth quake and am supposed to be on mission downtime, who now has to save that immortal.

Long story short both of us are very happy with the whole situation later lmao
