shifting isn’t about the perfect setup or the perfect state of mind. it’s about belief and intention. science actually backs this up. your brain is ridiculously adaptable thanks to neuroplasticity (aka its ability to rewire itself based on what you focus on). when you visualize your dr or affirm that you’re already there, you’re literally teaching your brain to accept it as real.
your brain doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. if you’re imagining yourself walking through your dr, your brain builds neural pathways as if it’s already happening. the more you do this, the stronger those pathways get. (think of it like carving a trail in a forest—the more you walk it, the clearer it becomes.)
and guess what ?? your external circumstances (like a noisy house or a wandering mind) don’t matter. the universe doesn’t measure sound levels or distractions; it measures intention. it’s about what you want, not what’s happening around you.

shifting doesn’t have to be complicated. you don’t need silence, a perfect mindset, or even a full night’s sleep. you can shift anytime, anywhere, by focusing on your intention. here’s a simple method you can try:

imagine: picture a moment in your dr. it can be anything—a conversation, a location, a feeling. don’t overthink it.
feel: let the emotions of being in your dr fill you. excitement, peace, joy—whatever feels natural.
trust: remind yourself it’s already yours. you don’t need to force it or make it happen; it’s happening naturally.

Hogwarts Dr
(I don’t shift here anymore cause it was so bad)
-In my hogwarts Dr, Hormine is an utter pick me and a bitch to me. During my time there I actually got really close to harry and we would hang out a lot, herminie hated that. Like girl thats not even your man what are you on about??
-She would often insult me and legit called me a mutt because of my parents. She would always try to get Harry’s and Ron’s attention and it was so annoying. It was so weird cause I love her character in the movies and books, but not in my Dr
-Quidditch is so freaking dangerous, like if you are gonna be playing that script a whole bunch of safety. Some kid almost cracked his skull open from one of the balls. I do not know why they are letting children play this sport
-Two of the teachers were caught having s3x by a student. Ya the kid walked in on them doing it in a classroom😭
-On that note people did also try to have s3x with their wands, it did not go well as you can assume.
-Hufflepuff had some chill people fr, and by that I mean they were high. Ya you can’t have plant people all together and not expect them to get high. At least it didn’t stink.
Avengers Dr
-When I was with the averngers in the lobby hanging out I mentioned I was pagan. Loki then pointed to his feet and expected me to pray in front of him. I stared at home for a moment then said “no, Greek gods” Thor almost pissed himself from laughing so hard.
Mha Dr
-In my first ever Mha Dr the league had kidnapped mineta and kirishima. Everything was going fine until mineta grabbed my ass when he slipped out of the ropes. I didn’t even get to turn around fully to look before Dabi burnt him to a pile of ash🫥 ever since then he has not existed in any of my Mha drs, per dabis say so. (Kirishima was fine don’t worry he didn’t see what happen)
-When I first brought Dabi to America to meet my family I told them he only speaks Japanese since his English wasn’t too good. My parents don’t speak Japanese so I just translated. This resulted in two things happening:
-My parents whispering to each other in the kitchen about how Dabi was a villain and they thought I had no clue he was a villain, while Dabi was sitting at the table so he heard everything.
-And two, Dabi talking to me in Japanese about not appropriate things right in front of my parents. Do you know how hard it was to make something up about what he said as he’s looking at your parents as if he didn’t just say that.
-Most of the league doesn’t know English, so I taught them some phrases to say so the hero’s won’t know what we are talking about. Spinner was on watch duty and I told him a bunch of swear words meant that the hero’s were approaching. So the entire time all I could hear from spinner was “Cunt!! Damn Shit!!”
-After Overhaul lost his arms and went to jail, I used to go there and mock him. I hate his guts for what he did to eri so I would eat in front of him or type and not say crap to him. He would be seething 😭 (it wasn’t just me that did it apparently Aziawa and some of the students did it too)
-I can heal myself with my quirk? Hard to explain but I basically can accelerate the healing process. So with this knowledge I wanted to see if shigaraki quirk hurt. Nobody was on board with this plan at all but I insisted it’s fine. So we are both sitting at the bar with everyone around us, dabis got a grip on shigaraki shirt cause he did hurt me Dabi was gonna kill shiggy. Shigaraki the used his quirk on my arm and holly hell it burns so bad. I was fine and healed within like three minutes but it legit felt like my skin was tearing apart. Dabi did punch shigaraki in the face.
- In my first Mha Dr Dabi and one other villain went to prison, inside job to get info, but i waited to break them out till after their mug shots were on their printed and I framed dabis mug shot 😭 he was so handsome in it, one of my favorite pictures of him fr.
- Also in my first Mha Dr, after the war and Dabi was burned. He wasn’t burned as badly, but I cried when one of his nipples got burned off. Full on devastation and I used a lot of my quirk to try and heal him

Aurora Valencia, born as AV-01 and later known as Supernova, is a genetically engineered superhuman and founding member of the Avengers. Created through Project G.E.N.E.S.I.S., a clandestine S.H.I.E.L.D. initiative intended to produce a living “cosmic-powered nuclear deterrent”, Aurora was artificially developed using genetic engineering, subatomic energy research, and direct exposure to the Tesseract. Classified in early black-site records as AV-01, she was the sole successful subject of the program and is considered among the most powerful enhanced beings on Earth.
Project G.E.N.E.S.I.S., standing for Genetically Engineered Nuclear Energy Super Individual Safeguard, originated during the Cold War as a joint operation between S.H.I.E.L.D., the World Security Council, and senior U.S. government officials. Conceived by Howard Stark, Peggy Carter, and early S.H.I.E.L.D. leadership, the project aimed to create a superhuman capable of protecting Earth against nuclear, extraterrestrial, and otherworldly threats. Stark believed the future of warfare would be determined by those capable of harnessing cosmic energy on a subatomic level.
During the experiments, energy from the Tesseract fused directly into Aurora’s genetic structure, permanently embedding the Infinity Stone’s energy into her DNA. As a result, she became a living conduit of cosmic power capable of subatomic manipulation, photon projection, flight, radiation absorption, and large-scale energy generation. The Tesseract’s influence also granted her accelerated regeneration, and an unusually high resistance to radiation and extreme energy exposure.
Aurora was raised in secret S.H.I.E.L.D. facilities under heavy surveillance and combat conditioning, though agents such as Nick Fury and Phil Coulson opposed the World Security Council’s attempts to weaponise her for political gain. Her unstable adolescent powers caused multiple containment incidents, forcing S.H.I.E.L.D. to conceal her existence from the public. Project G.E.N.E.S.I.S. later became the foundation for Phase 0 of the Avengers Initiative, for the creation of a group of enhanced defenders capable of protecting Earth from unprecedented threats. After Tony Stark publicly revealed himself as Iron Man, Fury advanced the Initiative into Phase 1.
Aurora first emerged publicly during the Battle of New York in 2012, fighting alongside the Avengers during Loki’s invasion of Earth. After the World Security Council launched a nuclear missile at Manhattan, Aurora intercepted it and carried it through the wormhole above Stark Tower, destroying the Chitauri mothership and ending the invasion. During the Battle of Sokovia in 2015, she prevented global extinction by stabilising the airborne city of Novi Grad long enough for civilian evacuation before destroying it in the upper atmosphere, stopping a catastrophic impact event.
