Pretty Woman AU | CS Week 

A very successful and wealthy lawyer, Killian Jones, is struggling with his job and ends up meeting a beautiful prostitute, Emma Swan, on his way home from work on night. With the death of her parents just a few years prior, Emma has been trying desperately to find a way out of her lifestyle and start anew. Thinking that her chance meeting with Killian Jones will be a typical hook up, she doesn’t allow time to pass her by as he offers her $3,000 right on the spot to spend the week with her. 

She is taken by surprise at first when he drives her to a five-star hotel he is staying at for the week. Surprises continue as she finds out he wanted to help her get on her feet from the beginning with no intentions of paying her for sex. They bond over conversation where Emma tells him that she wants a “fairytale life and to be happy”, which only makes Killian’s desire to help her grow even more.

After giving her money to buy new clothes for all of his events and treating her to extravagant dinners, the two find it impossible to hold in their desire for the other. Killian’s kind gesture of helping her start a new life gets complicated as he grows more protective of her, especially when he finds a colleague trying to take advantage of her.

Emotions continue to rise for Emma and she soon finds herself packing her bags and returning back to her old apartment and old life. Her departure makes Killian unhappy and long for her presence by his side once again, so he tracks her down to her old apartment building and climbs up the fire escape (despite being afraid of heights) with a rose in his mouth, to woo her like the fairytale she had been dreaming about her whole life.

“Drew picked out new clothes for Alola!… They’re not much better than his old clothes.” - Happy CS day everyone!!! this was a really neat collab to do with @glaycia! we didn’t have much so this became our final product lol, but enjoy!!

Official End of CS Week collab details!!

Like I stated in my previous post, this is a collab between myself and the artists in the pokeani fandom that wish to participate in celebrating CS week the last day!

It’ll be based off the poem 25 Lives.

I’m going to open up 20 slots, for 20 lines and it’ll be first come, first serve. Message me if you’re interested. Once all 20 slots have been taken, I will message each person their line in the poem! Please keep in mind to not make your image bigger than 1500px (width & height)

You can start it at anytime. I understand we have busy lives, especially during the summer, so if you have a slot and are NOT able to do your line or complete it in time for whatever reason, that’s okay! Just message me and I’ll give your line to the someone else. HOWEVER, the deadline set for this collab project will be the last day of CS Week: July 14th.

All pieces must be submitted to me by then and will be then gathered and posted all together the day after to celebrate the end of the week.

CALLING ANY AND ALL CS FANS!!!!

So, we all know CS week is approaching, and I was thinking of doing a collab w you guys based off the poem called 25 lives to celebrate CS week and post the collab at the end of it; I have the poem ready and set to go if any of you are interested. Basically the poem is broken up lines and I'd open up slots for each line for an artist to have and draw out. Before posting ant official details for it, I just want to know how many of you would be interested in it!

Another One Of Those Nights

A sharp tug on the comforter pulled the blanket to the other side of the bed causing an immediate shiver to run down Drew's body. Forced awake by the sudden loss of warmth, he adjusted his position and curled up tighter and attempted to try and go back to sleep (because frankly he was used to this by now). He tried to ignore May's tossing and turning, but the constant movement of the bed made sleep impossible.

Drew sat up, and turned on the lamp sitting on his nightstand. His gaze rested on May, she was clearly asleep, but he could see that she was frowning and he could see that tears were forming at the edges of her eyes. Something was wrong.

"May, wake up. You're having a nightmare," Drew said in a stern whisper. He gently put his hand on her arm and shook her.

The brunette's eyes shot open, and she frantically sat up. Her eyes darted around the room until they finally rested on Drew's. It pained him to see the clear distress in her dark blue eyes. He immediately pulled her in close, or as close to him as he could without putting too much pressure on her baby bump. He had one had pressed to her lower back and the other clutching the back of her neck. Her head was resting on her shoulder, and he could feel her breathing slowing down. 

May was still shaking when she was finally calm enough to speak.

"I d-dreamt that something.. that something was wrong with the baby."

Her voice was shaky and barely above a whisper, and as she spoke a few tears rolled down her cheek dripping onto his shirt. Even though this wasn't the first time something like this had happened, he felt he would never get used to seeing her so scared. May was one of the strongest, bravest, most upbeat people he knew, and seeing her reduced to the shivering, frightened girl in his arms caused him to want hold her even tighter, which he knew he couldn't do.

"Listen to me, May. It was only a dream. You're safe. The baby is safe. You're okay."

He knew he needed to keep his voice calm, for her sake as much as his. Drew heard her sniffle, and pressed his lips to the top of her head in act of comfort.

"It just felt really real, Drew. What if something does go wrong with the baby? What if something happens to it? What if-"

"Then we'll face it when the time comes. For now, our baby is fine. Try not to worry yourself over what could happen and focus on the present."

May pulled away and he saw her slowly nod, bringing her hand to wipe the remaining tears from her eyes. Drew grabbed for the remote that lay on his bedside table and turned the TV on, greeting him with the bright red Netflix screen. He saw May begin to open her mouth to tell him which movie she wanted, but he'd already clicked on the one he knew she'd ask for.

He adjusted himself so he was leaning against the headboard, and felt May curl up on the bed with her head resting on his lap. Drew saw her smile for the first time that night when the movie began to play, and her body relaxed when the first few opening notes of Mulan played. It had been the only movie May had been interested in watching for the past week, so the familiar music score calmed him too.

"Thanks, Drew."

May muttered softly before closing her eyes. Drew ran his fingers subconsciously through her hair. Watching Netflix at, he glanced at his clock, two in the morning had become an almost daily ritual for him.

He resolved himself to the fact that he probably wasn't going to be getting any sleep that night, and tried to brush off the fact that that would be the third time that week that he hadn't gotten any. What mattered was that they were going to have a baby, and that was worth more to him than anything else in the world.
