i love anakin discovering he's a sub so much! just this slow realization everytime obi-wan says something in a certain tone, or takes care of him. obi-wan always makes sure anakin has eaten and done what he's supposed to do before they cuddle, bcos let's be honest here, padme did that before the divorce. but can you imagine:

anakin is still in a really sour mood when obi-wan comes over for their cuddle session one day, so he's especially snappy and pouty about everything. obi-wan knows exactly how to deal with this, of course, because he's used to brats with attitudes. only anakin is NOT used to being dealt with--so when obi-wan takes his phone from his hands and tells him to join him on the couch in That Tone(TM) anakin, who would usually bite at anyone who dared to do that, is instantly up and definitely not thinking about it once obi-wan tells him to take a deep breath (that's right, dear one, just a few more) and talk to him about what's bothering him slowly.

anakin who is really hyperaware of obi-wan stroking his arm while he talks, humming along to tell him he's listening, etc etc. he's all red and goosebump-y and Very aroused by the attention. poor guy. he's really over here trying to remind himself that he's here to CUDDLE not pop a boner bcos of a little affection.

i have an idea obi-wan clocks his submission far before anakin does tho. bcos of Course he does.

i’m so glad you asked anon!! i think he clocks it pretty fast, especially once anakin starts talking about his marriage and the unfulfilling parts of it (i don’t think padme ever thought their marriage would work, yknow? like. high school sweethearts thing) add that with his reactions to obi-wan’s care and his touch, obi-wan is absolutely familiar with the behavior or at least has an idea of what anakin might Enjoy. 

i like to think that obi-wan doesn’t have long term agreements with clients, specifically bcos cuddling and domming can really encourage attachment. maybe he’s had issues with attachment in the past so he’s careful. BUT something about anakin just keeps him coming back. i think he enjoys the fact that anakin doesn’t know.

he definitely does stuff he absolutely should not be doing: biweekly meetups, movies and coffee, anakin asks him to help him while he works on a motorcycle, etc. he likes that anakin flushes when he makes encouraging comments (hello praise kink anakin) and he likes that anakin goes pliant when obi-wan maneuvers him around for cuddle positions. maybe he lets his touch linger or drift across anakin’s stomach and he doesn’t move when he finds skin. maybe he whispers really sweet things (seemingly innocent *wink wink* - "you've done very well lately, dear one" "do you like this position, darling?" "can i touch you here?") in anakin’s ear, in a certain tone, that makes anakin squirm.

ok but!!!!!!! obi-wan praising anakin thoughtlessly one day and anakin responds so deliciously that obi knows he really shouldn’t but he can’t help himself from nurturing a (vv adorable and hot) praise kink when anakin does Good Things For His Mental Health (and when he’s just being so darn cute). also anakin going boneless when obi-wan moves him around when cuddling??? obi-wan then manhandling him even more????? chewing on this specific au like anakin in baby teeth

i think it would be appropriate for anakin to slip in a "yes sir" at LEAST once when obi-wan reminds him to do his household cleaning or university work. he tries to play it off as him being professional but they both pause for a second bcos anakin definitely says it with a certain... breathlessness that is unlike him usually. the rest of the session is spent in silence as anakin basks in the praise and obi-wan is like oh what oh no what's happening to me.

okay but anon even better: when they're more comfortable with each other i just imagine anakin is big on play fighting or giving obi-wan a hard time in the middle of cuddling. he's just smirking, stubborn about moving, because obi-wan's foot is asleep but anakin is just "oh but i'm so comfortable just like this" to the point that obi-wan has to take matters into his own hands. literally. he has to manhandle his stubborn (cute) client and they end up in a slightly inappropriate tussle. <3
