More writing stuff // very short

Time felt as though it were slowed down. 

  The soft sounds of her breath found it's way to my ears. It seemed to be the only sound in the comforting silence. It was nice to be at rest along side her. 

  I lay a mere foot from her head, back turned to her on a pillow. 

  After a few moments passed by, she gently ran a finger down my back. A shiver ran up my spine from the touch, but I didn't move away. I turned my head towards her, to see her eyes were closed yet a small smile tugged at the edges of her lips. 

  Her delicate fingers slithered around my waist, gently pulling me closer her face. I could feel my face heat up as she lightly set her lips on the back of my head. Her kisses felt like butterflies tracing my back.

  "Hey hun.?" The vibrations of her voice found their way to my core, the heat of her breath hitting me as she spoke. 

  "Hm?" I mumbled as she ran her fingertips through my hair. 

  "I love you." She whispered in my ear, gently placing another kiss on my head.
