My boyfriend participated in a cup stacking competition, but when he finished stacking the cups and asked the judges to rate him, they brushed him off and continued to talk about manga.

So, when safety tech, scouting mentor and I arrived at our pit this morning, we found this:

Balloons everywhere. Our robot covered in posters and stickers. Cup walls and stacks everywhere.

The culprits?

Team 7404. The Wired Boars.

Upon being asked, they said that when they were blowing up balloons yesterday, this was the plan all along.

Just after the discovery, they had to double queue. That’s when pit crew took charge.

We took a single stack of cups and built this on their work bench. However that was not enough. It took 3 minutes. There were many stacks of cups. 10 minutes later we began the wall.

4-6 teams came throughout construction to lend some help. It stretched completely around the perimeter of the 7407 pit. It was 13 rows tall and towered over many students. One kid from another team jumped over the top chest in the back and made a pentagram in the center. Reminder, this was in the time it took for Choate to double queue and return from their match.

Upon return, they discovered our masterpiece. They were shocked and laughing.

Later we found about 20 posters in our t-stack drawers. Not sure how many are left.

     You thought about all the leftover cups from your prank on Kara and Alex. There was no way you were going to throw them away. There had to be some use for them; especially when you’re as bored as you are now.

     Looking on youtube, which was your go-to place if you were bored at this point, you tried to find some ideas of what to do. After searching for a little while, you found the perfect thing to do.

     It took a couple of tries, but you finally got it. You were sitting on the floor of your bedroom, practicing. It’s how your sisters found you. 

     “What are you doing little one?”     Kara’s voice startled you which made you hit a cup, causing the whole thing to fall. 

     You let out a sigh and turned to face your sister. “I was cup stacking. I had to find something to do to keep me occupied.”

     She chuckled in response and came to sit next to you. “Wanna teach me how to do it?”

     You quickly nodded, handed Kara six cups, and began talking animatedly about how to do it. Eventually Alex joined in and you spent the night building ‘cup castles’.

Random question for ritual abuse and mind control survivors: anyone else forced to stack cups for hours on end? We were Mk Ultra and "cup stacking" was a huge thing they used in our abuse for awhile.

I'm really sorry if this triggers anyone, but I'm truly curious to know if anyone else knows what I'm talking about aside from the few victims I recall going through it with me. It was really weird.
