OK SO, SOME OF MY HEADCANONS;

- I think Cuphead would be mostly blind in his left eye where his crack is, this is why Mugman’s the better shot /j

- Yk how sometimes people still have baby teeth that just never fell out? Well I thought I’d apply that to their baby tails! What if their tails just never dropped as adults and they instead just grew longer? (Cuphead lost a chunk of his thanks to his recklessness in a fight)

- I always liked the idea of Mugman being slightly taller and overall larger than Cuphead

- I think Cuphead would’ve knocked out a tooth during a fight and replaced it with a gold one, yk..because he’s extra like that /lh

_ Mugman has his index finger, middle finger, and thumb uncovered for slightly better grip on the trigger of his gun and the gun itself, it’s just a preference (I actually don’t know if this helps at all lol I just like the look of it lowkey)

HOW THEIR “HAIR” WORKS!!

- Their “hair” is made up of soul liquid!! I like to think this was discovered on accident when little Cuphead decided to blow on his straw, similar to a child blowing into a straw to make bubbles in a glass of milk…next thing you know, he had long luscious “locks”…that nearly knocked over Elder Kettle when he came inside after tending to his garden. Mugman copied this action shortly after, it was not a fun day

- They can shorten the length by drinking it. I assume it’d just automatically collect back into their heads

- I see Cuphead as very flashy and flamboyant, so I think he’d have longer, more fuller “hair” to further push that (it has gotten in the way more than once but he refuses to do anything about it), while Mugman is more practical and orderly, keeping his shorter and up in a bun
