My carb/sugar allowance for the day was these two waffles, a spoonful of normal sugar in my coffee (the rest being stevia for sweetness), and some fruit juices. Home made Chinese food! Saving 💵 and calories. I’m going to start by saying that egg roll was TERRIBLE and I didn’t even end up eating it. I can’t eat fried things anymore, they all taste bitter from the oil. So what I actually ate was riced cauliflower, veggies, avocado and a few bites of orange chicken (a little cheat on that orange sauce.)
