A/n: Hey everyone! Thank you for choosing to read this fic. Reader will be a female for this one
Warning: death
❃ When y/n gave birth to a beautiful daughter, both parents were overjoyed.
❃ It hadn't been part of their plan to create and raise a child, nonetheless, the child was here... screaming and crying in her father's arms.
❃ "It's a girl y/n-ya!" He announced, shedding tears of joy. This was the happiest moment of his life! He was in love with a beautiful woman and had a daughter with her.
❃ Suddenly y/n became paler and paler. Law knew what was happening. He handed his child off to Bepo and started seeing what was wrong.
❃ "I feel so weak Law." y/n reached for Law's hand. Her voice slowly giving out on her.
❃ "I'm doing the best I can to fix whatever is wrong with you my love. You'll be better before you know it!" Law desperately exclaimed, putting a hand on her face.
❃ "I'm going to die Law, you can't save me." She whispered. "No! No, you can't leave yet! Our daughter needs a mother! I need you and so does she!" Law argued sobbing uncontrollably.
❃ "I know you'll be a great father Law, you'll take care of our daughter. She will be the luckiest, most happiest daughter there is." Law continued sobbing and this. Y/n placed her hand on Law's cheek and he quickly placed his hand over hers. "I love you sweetheart. I will always be with you."
❃ "Goodbye y/n... my love." He placed a final kiss on her forehead.

❃ Raising a child on his own wasn't easy. Law tried his hardest though.
❃ For the first few days after his girlfriend's death, he's by himself in his room. He hasn't left the bed and hasn't eaten.
❃ The crew has been helping out in his place. They took care of the baby during their captain's absence.
❃ Law was worried sick for his baby, but he knew she was in good hands.
❃ The day he does come out of his room, he's hungry, tired, and stinky. He's been sulking for about a week.
❃ It doesn't matter to him. As soon as he comes out of his room he goes straight to his daughter.
❃ "I'm so sorry I haven't taken care of you lately. But don't worry, I'll be the best father in the world... or at least I'll try." he whispers to her. "I will name you Nadine. Because you bring me hope and courage for the future."
❃ From that day on Law will be there. Always. He's there for her first steps, for her first words, for her first everything.
❃ He secretly keeps a photo album in his desk drawer. This album is his treasure. It has photos of when y/n was pregnant, the ultrasound, them preparing for their little one... up to now, Nadine being almost a year old now.
❃ He misses his girlfriend deeply and will always be crushed by her death. However, he intends to keep the promise he made for her. Being a father to their daughter

I hope this is about what you wanted, also, I'm not crying, you're crying!
Looking down at the infant in his arms, Law tried to hold back his sobs. They looked so much like you. Why couldn’t he do anything? He was the owner of the op op fruit, a skilled doctor, he was the surgeon of god damned death!… death… you were dead. The mother of his child, the woman he loved… gone. You’d barely had time to see your child, a small smile crossing your features as he brought the bundle over to you. He’d tried his best, he’d wanted to save you. The moment he noticed the complications, he’d started to work frantically. You’d just asked him to see your child, you just wanted to see your child one time. Maybe you knew that you were dying, maybe you knew that you’d never get to see your child grow up. Finally, the sob escaped his lips as he held his child closer, trying not to hold them too tightly as he clung to them. He fell to his knees, he couldn’t do this without you, he wasn’t a father, he wasn’t nurturing, he’d lost his parents when he was 10 and Corazon when he was 13! He didn’t know how to be nurturing! The crew had promised to help him, but that was of little comfort, not when you were gone. A whine and wriggling in his arms drew his attention, looking down at the bundle. Had his sobs woken them? Were they hungry? What was he supposed to do? Law slowly got to his feet, exiting his room. Bepo, Shachi and Penguin would probably know what to do, hell, any of his crew would probably have a better idea than he did. He knew the scientific ins and outs of taking care of a child, he could tell you how much a child should probably eat, how much they should weigh at certain milestones, the chances of them getting sick, what to do when they got sick, the best things to feed them for the most nutrients, he could tell a person all of the technical necessities of taking care of an infant. But a baby wasn’t a scientific experiment, they needed love, they needed care, they needed… they needed you. You would have been better at this. He knew he could be cold and stand-offish, he showed a certain kind of affection for his crew, and he’d shown you affection, but it was different. He didn’t smother you in kisses like some people, he didn’t praise you constantly like Straw hat’s cook, didn’t hold you constantly or snuggle with you all the time. You’d never minded, simply enjoying the moments you got. His arms wrapped around you as he fell asleep, a soft kiss to your forehead when you made sure he wasn’t overworking, telling you you were beautiful in the privacy of his office or your room. Could he raise a child like that? With so few obvious affections? Would they hate him for not saying he loved them more? Would it affect their emotional and mental growth? Once again, he knew the technical and medical knowledge, but he had no idea how to apply it. It didn’t take long for him to find Bepo, the polar bear mink taking care of various minor chores around the Polar Tang. Fuck, was this even the kind of place he should be raising a child? The machinery, the life of a pirate, the frequent darkness in the depths of the ocean. Bepo took one look at the squirming infant before leaning in and sniffing it. Right, that was probably the first thing he should have checked for, why hadn’t he thought of that? He seemed to know exactly why Law was standing in front of him as he waved for Law to follow him. Law wasn’t the only one on the ship who was distraught, the entire crew had loved you, you were a mother before you’d ever even gotten pregnant, just a different kind of mother. The grieving man followed Bepo into the kitchen, watching as he heated some milk up.
“Do you know how to feed them, captain?” Bepo asked, holding the warm bottle. How to feed an infant, first the child needed to… no, that was what all the books said. This would be the first time he’d fed them, the crew having taken care of the infant for the first few days while Law screamed and sobbed over your death.
“I think so.” Law said simply, gently taking the bottle. He took a shaky breath, hoping that he was doing this right. It wasn’t all about technical terminology, he needed to… what were you always saying? Go with the flow, don’t plan, just feel it out, it’s okay to not know exactly what you’re doing. More tears streamed down Law’s face as he watched his child drink, instantly quieting down. They looked so peaceful, reminding him once more of you. His heart ached as he remembered that same look of peace on your face. He barely felt the large polar bear hugging him, too absorbed in watching his child, in his memories of you. Why couldn’t you be here with him? Why you? Hadn’t he lost enough people in his life? Apparently not, since you had been ripped away from him. The infant soon decided that they’d had enough, Law handing the bottle to Bepo to take care of as Law saw to his child’s needs. This was going to take some getting used to and, despite his desire to take care of the child on his own, it was going to take the help of his crew. He was still their captain, he was still a pirate, meaning that for the time being, he still had other people to look after as well. Law began to wonder about raising the child on the Polar Tang once more. They’d have a bigger family than if he settled down on some island, they’d grow up surrounded by and smothered with love, none of his crew would allow the child to come to harm. Would they be safe though? He was a notorious pirate, wanted across all four blues and the Grand Line. It wasn’t like pirates hadn’t had children before, and not all children of pirates were hunted or hated, but this was the only ‘thing’ he had left of you, what if they were put in harm's way? You’d have known what to do, you always knew what to do. Once more, he tried to hold his child tightly without hurting them. Cradling them in his arms once more as yellow eyes looked up at him. His eyes, seemingly the only thing they had that marked the child as his. Maybe that would change as they grew older, no, he wanted them to look like you, just like you. They’d never be a replacement, and it would be a constant reminder, but he wanted them to look like you, just as beautiful, just as kind and loving. That’s what he had to do, he had to raise them to be like you, not their looks, you’d never care about their looks, but who they were. He wanted them to be just as kind, just as smart, and sweet and giving. They’d be just as accepting and loving, just as utterly amazing, even if he had to change to do it, even if he had to be more outwardly affectionate or loving, he’d do it for them, he’d do anything for them. Just like how he’d done anything for you.
Here you'll come across the big family of 11. Killer, alongside with Trafalgar Law, shares their household together, acting as two parental figures for the majority of the remaining Supernovas who are not only children, they are also the definition of chaotic chaos and destruction (much to their adoptive parents misery).

A/n: I've been working on this off and on for months. I hope this is good! I kinda had a brain rot at the end but I hope this is okay! I'll be opening requests again when I'm on Christmas break in December so feel free to go spam that lol. Enjoy!
When Nadine was 16, they were on an island and she got a date. Not only was a boy taking his daughter out, but their date was on a Friday. That was cutting into their daddy and daughter time where they read the Sora comics. That was their Friday night thing!
"I forbid from going out on that date! You're too young to be dating!" Law yelled, walking behind her.
"So what?! You probably done worse things at my age than me!" Nadine argued back, turning around to face him.
Law had to think about that for a minute. "Yeah, well... I didn't have anyone to look after me Nadine." He quieted his voice down. "I want to take care of you. I don't trust you going out with any boys. I know what they're like, I was at that age before." He walked closer to his daughter. He put a hand on her shoulder.
Nadine glared at him before shrugging him off violently. "You never let me do anything for myself! You don't trust me!" she hollered at him. "That's not what I'm saying!". They began yelling again until Nadine had enough. She turned around and went to her room.
"Trafalgar D. Water Nadine! We are not done with this conversation!"
"Well I am Law!" She slammed the door in his face leaving him shocked.
"We don't slam doors in this sub young lady. Open the door this instant!" he demanded in a low voice after taking a deep breath.
"NO! You can't make me Law!" Nadine shouted from the inside of her room.
Penguin, Shachi, and Bepo were watching this all go down and they finally told him to calm down.
"I don't know what to do with her. I just don't know!" He ranted with a drink in his hand.
They were sitting around a fire. It was Bepo's idea to do camping again. It was fun for the crew. They tried to do it yearly. Because of the alliance with the Strawhats, they were camping with them.
"Law, she's sixteen, you can't keep babying her forever." Penguin stated, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Boys at that age... I don't trust them. Plus-"
"Law, she can't spend every Friday for the rest of her life reading comics with you. She's a teen, let her go out and learn." It was Bepo this time. Law was surprised as Bepo never tells Law what to do.
"I guess you're right." He sighed softly, looking down. His daughter wasn't little anymore.
He was at her bedroom door before he knew it. Knock, knock, knock. He knocked on her door. She answered, cocking an eyebrow annoyed at the sight of him.
"You can go." He said. He didn't know what to feel at this point. Mad, sad, happy?
"Are you kidding? This isn't a joke right?" Nadine asked trying not to give her hopes up.
Law shook his head and Nadine hugged him tightly. "Yes! Yes! I can go!"
"You better be back by eight pm though. I'll 'shambles' him if he's a minute late with you. No kissing, no sex, no touching of anything. It's okay to say 'no' too."
Nadine was on the edge of her seat waiting for him. She couldn't wait! She was with everyone at the campfire. It was around six pm.
"Now you know the rules okay? First, no kissing. Second, three foot rule. Third, no touching of any kind. None of that. And he better have you back by eight." Law spouted to her.
"Dad-"
"Oh and also, here! If he starts touching you in a way you don't like you push this button." Law instructed her on how to use the taser.
"Stop. Okay, goodness and put that away."
Everyone was watching these interactions trying to stifle laughter. It was amusing to see Law care too much.
Finally, the date came. Law stood up to greet him, ignoring Nadine's protests.
"You must be the lucky guy." Law greeted coldly. He held out a hand.
The guy took it. "Lucky? I don't know. Definitely looks it." He smirked.
Nadine, being too naive, didn't get what he meant and took it positively while everyone else grimaced and glared.
"Have her back by eight or else." Law disregarded the comment.
Fast forward to eight, Nadine walked back to where her dad was by herself. She was crying silently. Her dad was right. He was so right. Boys are stupid. Boys are gross.
And this boy tried doing something yucky to her.
She looked up and saw her dad and her crew and the Strawhats. She walked over keeping her head down.
Law picked up that someone was coming and turned to look. "Deenie! You're back!"
Nadine didn't say anything for a minute but then she whispered, "I'm sorry."
Law opened his arms.
"Dad, I'm too old to sit on your lap!" She exclaimed embarrassed.
"Are you kidding? You're never too old to sit on my lap!"
She sat on his lap and buried her head into his neck. "I'm sorry, you were right." Her voice cracked. "You were right about boys all along."
Law held her and rubbed circles on her back. "Yeah? He didn't even walk you here? They don't raise these boys to be gentlemen anymore, huh Peng?"
Penguin just shook his head as he saw his niece crying. The talking quieted down and Law was rubbing his daughter's back.
"What happened?" he asked her soft but sternly. He was so going to kill this boy once he found out what happened.
Nadine raised her glance to look at her father. "We were sitting down and eating. He took me to a nice place. That went well. But as we were walking there and while we were eating he would look at me but not at my face. You know? Then on the walk home he touched my a$$ and... I kicked him and ran away from him." she said disappointedly.
Law was very angry at this boy that took her out. But, he did like the part where she kicked him. Definitely like her mother.
Law chuckled at the end. "You take after your mother!" he quieted down after a little bit and looked down at his beautiful creation. "I'm proud of you. I'm sorry he wasn't the right one. But you'll find one soon enough."
Nadine wiped her tears, "Thanks dad."
They stayed in silence for a bit until Law looked down at her and said, "You look just like your mother. She was really beautiful, you know that?"
Nadine loved to hear stories of her mother. When she was little she constantly asked what she was like and for stories of her.
"Yeah, you told me. You said she was the love of your life."
"She was. Soon you'll find the love of your life too."
So all my Law fangirls should see this. The other chapters are all adorable and funny as well (though chapter 4 about Daddy!Cora might make a few tears happen) but this one is Law as a daddy! The mother is vague, and not mentioned by name, but we can pretend it's Nami <3
There is the ff.net link and here is her adorable blog too. :D
Wow I didn't think such an idea would get such good reception but I couldn't just leave it alone. keirra13, I know you asked if I was gonna write something about it and I know you volunteered to do so as well. I have no qualms for anyone taking my idea, the more LawNa fics the merrier! Well here's a little story about Law with his child…whom I didn't name because I really could come up with a good one. Other then that please enjoy!
Title: Bribery
Pairing: Law X Nami, more towards the end
Rated: Everyone!
Trafalgar Law was sitting at the table with his five year old daughter next to him. She had shoulder length dark hair, copper brown eyes, pale skin, and was a big troublemaker who had his crew wrapped around her little finger.
“I’m done!” she said pushing back her plate and getting down from the table before running off. Law’s golden eyes fell on her plate and he frowned as he saw the mix of carrots and green beans that she had left untouched.
“Room.” He whispered as blue light appeared and suddenly his daughter found herself seated at the table once more with a confused look on her face.
“Hey! What gives?” she protested glaring at her dad.
Law smirked at his daughter, “You’re not leaving until you’ve cleared your plate.” He said pointing at the vegetables she had left behind.
The little girl pouted, “Father you haven’t cleared your plate either!” she said pointing at the bread that he had left behind on his plate.
The surgeon of death frowned, “…That’s different.”
“How?” his daughter asked before crossing her arms, “Why should I eat my vegetables if father can’t eat bread?”
Law felt one of his eyes twitch in annoyance at his daughter’s words, ‘I swear she gets her attitude from her mother.’
“Bread has no nutritional value.” Law explained and then pointed at her vegetables, “Those do.”
She raised an eyebrow, “Really?”
Now he was getting somewhere. Law smirked and nodded his head, “Yes, really. If you keep eat them you’ll become stronger.”
That seemed to get her attention as she slowly looked down at her plate then back up at him, “How strong?”
--
She ran to her mother with a big smile on her face, launching herself at the orange haired woman for a hug, “Mommy!”
“Hello sweetie.” Nami said hugging the little girl tightly, “Did you have a good time with your father?”
The little dark haired girl nodded her head. Nami smiled and moved a hand through her daughter’s hair. It wasn’t easy being a pirate and a parent at the same time but Law always managed to make time for them and the Heart Pirates crew took a big liking to the dark doctor’s little princess.
“Mommy?” she asked.
“Hmmm, what is it?”
“C-Can Uncle Sanji make vegetables tonight?”
Nami rasied an eyebrow at her daughter, “Vegetables? Um…maybe you should go inside and ask him?”
“Okay!” the little girl said before running inside the Sunny to where the cook was.
Nami looked up at Law, “All right, what did you do?”
“What do you mean, Nami-ya?” Law asked as she made her way over to him and greeted him with a peck on the cheek only for him to grab her by the chin and press his lips against hers, tempting her to greet him with a more passionate display of affection.
When they parted Nami rested her head against the Heart Pirate captain’s chest letting his hands run up and down her back, “I’m glad you’re happy to see me. But seriously, unless you bribed her with money I don’t see how you managed to get her to like vegetables.”
“I told her if she did, she would be strong enough to command a pirate crew like me.” Law said, “And that she would be as smart as her mother.”
Nami blushed at the words and then looked up at him, “So you didn’t bribe her?”
“… I may have allowed her to dress Bepo up for one of her tea parties.”
Nami let out a laugh at that while Law held back a chuckle as he remembered the polar bear wearing a feather boa and a princess crown while sitting with his daughter and having no objections to pleasing the little girl.
