Kensei didn’t mind the nuzzling. He was used to it and knew the kid had a penchant for cuddles and that sort of thing. Affection, he didn’t mind it and if he needed it Kensei was sure to provide. What did surprise him though was that sudden whisper, so out of nowhere, even if he already knew Shuuhei felt that way about him and it was nothing new.

 What was he supposed to do now though? What should he say? He didn’t exactly feel the same way but he didn’t want to hurt him either. What a predicament? He didn’t say anything. Perhaps that was the right thing to do.
